Hice una reserva por booking de dos camas separadas y al final me dieron una matrimonial, la única opción fue pasarme a otra habitación con agua fría. En booking hice una reserva y se canceló y luego me comentaron que tenían la resrrva de mi parte y yo no tenía la reserva anterior

Viel Potenzial, man muss es nur nutzen
Pros:

Der erste Eindruck ist toll, hinter einem unscheinbaren Tor verbirgt sich ein idyllischer Dschungel. Aber leider ist nicht alles so toll wie der erste Eindruck. Das Personal ist teilweise super nett, teilweise komplett inkompetent. Schade um das Potenzial. Bei Frühstück hatten wir Glück, manchmal gibt es ein sehr einladendes Buffet, wirklich ansprechend und mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wann Buffet, wann nicht, darüber gibt es keine Information, einfach freuen wenn es gerade angeboten wird.

Cons:

Die unteren Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört jedes Wort vom Pool.
Das Bad hat sehr scharfe Kanten am Waschtisch.
Keine Lüftung im Bad.
Der Fußboden im Zimmer ist gefährlich glatt, schon beim Betreten fast gestürzt.
Das Barpersonal ist völlig imkompetent.

Innenhof und Schwimmbad
Essen war sehr gut

Cons:

Badezimmer ohne Lüftung, daher immer zu feucht und Schimmelgeruch, Fenster der Zimmer nur zum Gang, daher keine gute Lüftung.
Bett mit zu breitem Holzpodest, das aufgeschlagene Schienbeine verursacht.

Ideale uitvalsbasis om Tikal te bezoeken!
Pros:

Zeer mooie verzorgde accommodatie. Prachtige exotische tuin met mooi zwembad. Je kan zeer lekker eten in hun restaurant. Ideale ligging om Tikal en Yaxha te bezoeken. Dorpje Flores te bereiken op 5 min met Tuk Tuk (10 Quetzal/persoon)

Sie haben uns sogar direkt vom Flughafen abgeholt( für 50 Q pro Person).Da wir morgen danach früh raus müssten haben wir sogar je eine Box bekommen!

Pros:

A very nice hotel, friendly service, good breakfast and food in the restaurant. Comfortable rooms, nice bathroom, clean towels in the room and at the pool. Plenty of well-maintained common areas for relaxation. Secure parking on site.
