The hotel apparently used to be a Hyatt (still noted as such on Google Maps) and has great value for money. The room I got was very affordable with a comfortable king bed, sofa, smart TV and free breakfast. I stayed at the AC hotel close by just a couple of days ago and wish I had found this one earlier instead. This was a great stay and I can highly recommend it. I didn't use the pool, restaurant or other amenities.
They are currently remodeling the Lobby so there's some construction on the ground level making entering/exiting the hotel a bit difficult (via 2 different elevators having to cross the temporary lobby on the 5th floor). Small inconvenience at most. Other than that, the breakfast was very crowded (somewhat to be expected since it's free).

Hotel em reforma, não nos avisaram, para entrar no hotel era necessário passar dentro da obra. Um grande tapume na porta do hotel. No dia de sair mudaram a porta de entrada e saída, elevador a ser utilizado, estive na recepção e os funcionários foram incapazes de avisar a mudança. Ficamos mudando de elevador com as malas 3 vezes até descobrirmos que deveríamos pegar outro elevador próximo a recepção que antes na estava funcionando. Muito estresse.
instead of a full-day excursion with seeing and doing different things in Panama, we got a 2-hour walk, I won't comment on the money!

Estaban haciendo trabajos en el hotel, la entrada y salida del hotel deja mucho que desear, han podido adecuarla mejor que bolsas y papeles, mucho ruido por la remodelacion, si querias descansar un poco en el dia no se podia
Localização, cama e tamanho do quarto.
Hotel estava em obras e foi difícil, inclusive, de localizar a entrada à chegada. As instalações da entrada eram péssimas e sujas. Quarto não foi limpo em um dos dias. As amenities eram inferiores ao número de hóspedes e não foram repostas. Espaço do café da manhã pequeno para a quantidade de hóspedes. Itens do café da manhã não eram repostos com agilidade. Não tivemos acesso às toalhas de piscina.

Personal de Recepción. al igual que la recepción Muy mala atención y poco mantenido. La señora que parece la encargada no esta hecha para estar en front office. No sabe ni comunicarse con los clientes, ni hacer un trabajo a la vez, y mucho menos llevar un equipo.
Hotel muy bueno y muy bien gestionado, que actualmente tiene ofertas especiales por las obras de reforma en el lobby, las cuales, sin embargo, no molestan nada en las plantas superiores.
