Pros:

Mi mejor calificacion es al buen trato de los anfitriones, muy atentos y bien predispuestos para todo en general.
Otro punto favorable es la ubicacion, pero recomendaria si se sale a dar una vuelta por la zona, es ir hacia el lado de la panamericana, y no hacia el centro de David, y para eso me parece muy bien ubicado.

Cons:

Las habitaciones estaban sin suficiente ventilacion, lo cual acarreaba algo de humedad.
Algo comun en la zona, pero que no nos resulto grato es la falta de agua caliente.
Algo ruidoso si se reune gente en los pasillos, yo recomendaria algun ventiluz en la zona de pasillos que mejore la ventilacion.

Pros:

Staff was excellent and attentive! Management was very responsive to requests and dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction. This is a place for those needing to stay 1-3 nights. Room did not have a window, but it was clean, felt safe, and A/C worked well. There is no hot water, but no need due to hot weather. The guest house has a shareable kitchen with everything you need to prepare small meals and a refrigerator to store items. It also has a washer/dryer.

Cons:

Wish room had a small drawer unit, a wall hook, or a small clothing rack.
