Very helpful and friendly stuff. Very quiet room near to the forest. Everything was very clean
Location was good and I like that they provided towels.
The towels had stains on them, the swings were broken and it would have been nice to have adult swings on there, like chair swings or hammocks. The bathroom shower head was not good. The sink faucet was not good. Both has problems and needs fixing. Other than that, the place was really cute and location was good.
The staff here were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very large and spacious, including the bathroom
We had a lot of problems with the room - the sheets were not clean and had rips, the door had issues with locking and there was a lot of noise outside the room on the nights that we stayed
My partner needed an emergency surgery during our vacation to Guatemala so we booked this hotel the morning of our check in. The location was perfect for what we needed and was a 3 minute walk from the hospital she was staying at.
The shower water took a while to get warm but we were showering early in the morning and I believe it may be solar powered so that’s on us.
