No prestan los servicios básicos. Nada de gua
Pros:

Realice el check. Pase a la habitación al darme la ducha se fue el agua . Pase a recepción y me dijeron el agua demoraría en llegar. Yo les me retiraría y devolvieron mi dinero y abandone e hotel. Sin agua no se puede uno hospedar así.

Mejorar atención al cliente y detalles en la habitaciones. Sábanas toalla y almohadas.

Es un lugar céntrico.

Cons:

La atención en la recepción una persona muy top no es cordial con los clientes. La bienvenida no fue grata. Es como decir la tomas o no me interesa por resolver tu problema. El buen servicio es lo principal. Eso deja huellas. Y a mi no me gustó el trato y más no tenía toallas la hab. Tuve que bajar a buscar las mías. La cortina y paredes del baño no estaba limpia. El lavamanos también. Encontré pelos en las almohadas. Les pido mejoren la atención y limpieza.
