You will love it!
Pros:

Super friendly and helpful staff, excellent comfortable room, tasty breakfast. The rooftop bar has the best panorama in Casco Viejo.

No complaints!
Pros:

It was super well located, very central. It was very clean. The service was super great. I enjoyed it the place very much. As a female traveler, I felt completely safe as well to be honest. I was doing a seven country trip to Central America and after going to many hotel hotels this was the best one on that entire trip. I absolutely recommend. I’m definitely coming back here.

Nos guardaron las maletas 2 veces, una para ir a San Blas y otra vez para ir a Bocas.

L'hotel è molto bello e moderno, confortevole e si occupano del cliente con premura. Ci tornerei.
Pros:

La colazione giusta con la possibilità di scegliere tra 5 tipi di colazione, il succo d'arancia cattivo (succhi concentrati) La posizione perfetta, molto centrale. La camera è molto spaziosa al terzo piano con ascensore. Rooftop bar al terzo piano con vista. Il bagno moderno e grande con fon e ferro da stiro. Dato che siamo stati sfortunati con il volo e siamo arrivati verso le 21 la receptionist ci ha regalato il late checkout fino alle 14.00

Cons:

Nel frigobar non c'era nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua, nemmeno gli asciugamani, ma appena abbiamo sollecitato hanno rimediato subito. La camera, come tutti gli ambienti in Panama, aveva l'aria condizionata a manetta, regolata a 18 gradi...abbiamo regolato noi. La sera, fino a mezzanotte, si sentiva il casino della gente che saliva al bar, ma con i tappi si risolve. Come consiglio, aggiungerei un comodino dall'altra parte del letto.

A localização é excelente, mesmo no centro do Casco Viejo. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestáveis.

O pequeno almoço podia ser mais completo. Falta fruta, pelo menos...

Short and easy
Pros:

Beautiful building and room. Elegant and classy. We flew early in the morning and breakfast was packed in a box for us. That really made things easy!!

Excelente estadía
Pros:

Habitaciones bastante cómodas y amplias (hab. twin suite).
. Baños modernos, parecían recientemente remodelados, con ducha española, bastante agua.
Excelente ubicación en el Casco Viejo, muy muy cerca de la Plaza de la Independencia.
El hotel está compuesto por 2 edificios, uno al frente del otro (cruzando la pista).
El personal muy amable.
Lo recomiendo, volvería.

Cons:

La habitación olía un poco a guardado, tal vez faltaba ventilarla más o mejor.
Si bien la habitación Twin Suite viene con 2 camas Queen, en realidad no eran camas tan grandes como Queen, mas bien parecían dos camas dobles estándar.

Atendimento da equipe. Instalações bem conservadas.

Cons:

Ar condicionados com problemas. Tivemos que trocar de hotel. Nos foi prometida uma estadia cortesia pelo recepcionista Rommel Villareal como compensação pelo problema, mas ainda não recebi confirmação formal desta promessa.
Nos colocaram em um quarto menor, na primeira parte da estadia (de 4 a 7 de agosto), pois era o único com ar condicionado. Na segunda parte da estadia (de 8 a 10 de agosto), nos trocaram de hotel. Sigo no aguardo da recompensa prometida!!!
