Estadia muito agradável
Pros:

Prédio antigo mas totalmente renovado. Localização excelente.

Cons:

Um dia houve falta de energia na cidade e o prédio não havia gerador.
Poderiam servir café da manhã.
Colocar mais ganchos para toalhas no banheiro.
O chuveiro não esquentava suficiente.

All in all, great stay! Just be mindful of possible noise disturbances and air conditioning.
Pros:

This hotel is beautifully designed! Quite modern and elevated, and very welcoming. Also, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. And it's in the heart of Casco Viejo (walking distance every thing). I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

While out of the hotels' control, the construction next door was a bit disturbing starting at 7:30am each morning. Also, kids in back alley can play quite loudly until late at night. And a number of us guests were having issues with their air conditioning controls.

Las habitaciones, el baño, el rooftop, el lobby, muy buenos. El personal es increíble. Agua y café en la habitación ilimitada Super serviciales y atentos!!!

Cons:

El split no funcionaba correctamente, pero lo fueron arreglando. El desayuno no tiene frutas, el café no se puede repetir, las variedades de opciones en el desayuno es limitada pues todo es muy elaborado. No usan sabanas superior hay que solicitarlas.

The AC was not working and the staff could not say when it would be fixed. As I preferred to have a cool room to sleep in at night we decided to leave for another hotel. Hope to be back another day.

Brilliant aesthetic and food
Pros:

It’s in the centre of the old city and beautifully designed with great furniture, great restaurant too with a wonderful menu and roof top bar

Cons:

I don’t like the lack of facilities like spa. Sauna, Gym and pool

Casco Viejo Divino!!
Pros:

Seguí temprano y amablemente a Kimberly, la persona de la recepción. Ella me prestó un cargador y me dio algunas indicaciones sobre la ciudad. Realmente la comodidad de las habitaciones y su amplitud son muy buenas.
