Great location. Well kept property. Luxurious bathroom and spacious sleeping area. Staff was nice. Tried to be helpful. Some language issues as we don’t speak Spanish and some didn’t speak any or much English.
Great location, comfortable bed, large shower
Valet service was horrible. Car was delivered 1/2 hour late than requested which stressed us out because we had to catch a flight. Construction noise was bothersome. This should have been disclosed or we should have been given a room away from the noise. The hotel was not busy. Terribly slow service at the rooftop bar.

I liked the fact that many rooms open up to the court yard which is also a pleasant place to sit and read. The location was great and an easy walk to parks for coffee and pleasantries and watching the local world. It was clean and the staff were all pleasant and accommodating!! A lovely place to injoy the old city!! Nice rooftop also

Great staff especially when I had luggage delivery problems. Very nice position in the old town which was good for looking at the historic sights. Nice view from terrace. Good value.
The location and staff were wonderful. Spaces were clean and finishes nice.
We were placed in a room across the street, 3rd floor, that had no windows. There were 3 small skylights but the blinds were closed and the remote to open them on the wall, did not work.
It was really depressing to fly all the way to Panama from the US and not know if it was day or night.
We asked multiple times for a different room but were told they were fully booked. I would never have booked this hotel if I thought there was a chance we’d be in a room with no windows.
Very good location.
They had some construction going on but I got a very good deal. But there is hammering during the day in the facility and extensive road work around the hotel, though I can hardly fault the hotel for that. I’m writing in April 2026
Large room with queen beds big enough to sleep 4 comfortably.
The first room they offered only had velux windows with shades that didn't open. Near the rooftop bar so you could here the music. They were nice enough to change our room.

Alejandro, Sommelier, Eybar, and Kimberley were all amazing at the front desk. The were so kind and helpful and hooked us up with a private tour guide that took us to the canal.
The construction but luckily they didn't start until 9 am and we weren't in the room much.
