Pros:

Personal cálido y expeditivo. Siempre atentos a resolver las inquietudes de los huéspedes. El.hotel es súper bonito. Habitaciones amplias, limpias. Ubicación excelente. Restaurante 10 puntos.

Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter und gute Atmosphäre
Pros:

Gute Lage, wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Es gab einen Bier-Gutschein für die zugehörige Rooftop Bar gratis, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten die Koffer nach dem Checkout noch länger stehen lassen. Das Frühstück ist kein Buffet sondern mit Speisekarte, war aber auch sehr lecker. Rooftop bar und zugehöriges Restaurant, sowie das gesamte Hotel wirken sehr edel. Das Badezimmer und der Fernseher waren sehr modern

Cons:

Lediglich die Getränkeauswahl beim Frühstück könnte verbessert werden (Es gab nur schwarzen Kaffee/Orangensaft zur Auswahl, kein Wasser). Es war keine extra Rolle Toilettenpapier auf dem Zimmer. Keine Fenster auf dem Zimmer, aber das war für eine Nacht mehr als okay.

Sehr grosses und schönes Zimmer, nettes Rezeptionpersonal und gute Lage

Cons:

Das Frühstück wird im Restaurant gegenüber serviert, wo das Personal sehr unfreundlich und langsam ist und es lediglich schwarzen Kaffee und Orangensaft als Getränke gibt. Einen Tee bekommt man nicht. Das Frühstück an sich wäre lecker, dennoch würden wir empfehlen ohne Frühstück zu buchen. Schade für ein so schönes Hotel!

Very nice
Pros:

Location was excellent. Staff was so very friendly and very helpful. Bed was amazing. Morning coffee in room was fabulous. Had free wi-fi and private taxi service for great convenience and ease.

Cons:

No fitness center, TV was only Netflix and utube

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in der Altstadt von Panama City, was für uns ein guter Ausgangspunkt war um die Stadt zu erkunden. Es war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es war nachts etwas hellhörig, was uns jedoch nicht weiter gestört hat.

Bonito, limpio pero costoso
Pros:

El desayuno fue rico. El hotel es bonito y super linpio

Cons:

Es muy dificil el acceso con carro. Recomendaría dar información detallada cuando se reserva de las opciones para la llegada al hotel.

El precio es muy elevado, solo por estar en Casco Viejo, en comparación con otras opciones en Panamá donde hay mayor lujo y el precio es mucho menor.

Pros:

The location was perfect! Close to everything, we felt safe and could easily walk everywhere in casco vejo! The staff was AMAZING!!

The cost was more than we typically spend but the hotel was beautiful!

Honest assessment
Pros:

We enjoyed the friendly and professional attitude of the staff. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was very convienient for accessing different cultural sites, resturants and coffee shops. The roof top bar/resturant was nice and provided excellent views of the city.

Cons:

We were not told in advance we would be placed in a building and room different that the building and room advertised on the hotel website. The room advertised on the hotel website appeared larger and contained couch. We also asked to have a garden view room. Instead, we were given a smaller room that provided the view of a small enclosed plaza that contained excess furniture, other items being stored and possibly salvage items. Upon my resquest for a different room, my wife and I were given a room with a view of the street in front of the hotel which was also smaller than the room advertised on the site.

We repeatedly asked for a second hand towel but never received it.

Finally, a fellow hotel patron disclosed he and his wife were given two free alcoholic drink vouchers for the hotel's roof top bar/resturant during check-in. No such vouchers were offered to my wife or myself.

There were at least two evenings where we did not have hot water with which to shower.

Geweldig hotel op een centrale plek in Casco Viejo
Pros:

Geweldig kwaliteitshotel met een fijne uitstraling. Modern ingericht en centraal gelegen in Casco Viejo zodat we alles te voet konden doen. Dat was ideaal!

Cons:

Het hotel heeft hier geen invloed op, maar het verkeer in Casco Viejo is mega druk zodra de avond valt. Als we met een Uber op pad wilden stonden we eerst behoorlijk vast, voordat we de oude wijk konden verlaten. Mijn advies zou zijn: casco viejo autovrij maken.

Best location, modern hotel and great staff
Pros:

I loved the location, the room size was great, modern and the bathroom was spacious. We liked that coffee and water was included everyday.

Valet parking was convient and the staff were always really attentive to bring us the car on time.

Cons:

We liked pretty much everything, just a few improvements will help.

Air conditioner was a lil noisy and that we were expecting slippers.
