I liked the location and the ambience of the hotel. The rooms were clean and I didn't get any noise from outside
I didn't like that anyone who was visiting the rooftop could stop at your floor and come to your room. That did not feel safe. They should have the room cards which you need to choose your floor in the elevator.

It was fantastic!
Le personnel était vraiment très sympathique. Les chambres sont très confortables, l’hôtel est situé à Casco Viero dans le centre historique et très facile d’accès. Merci à tout le personnel. Qui ont été très à l’écoute, je recommande vivement cet hôtel. L’accueil de Rommel qui était à la réception ainsi que tous les autres personnelles du staff ont été d’une grande aide.!!

The interior is super designed
The very nice styled bathroom missed a hand shower, a shaving mirror and there was only one bathrobe.
A mirror to see yourself from top to toe is missing
The television had no channels: only You Tube and Netflix.
There is no testaurant
We liked the location close to nice restaurants and shops and within walking distance of most sights. Our room was spacious and clean. Staff were very accommodating
Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking a busy street. The soundproofing was not very good, such that cars honking and people talking loudly were very easy to hear. In the future I would request a room overlooking the courtyard.
Another issue, which did not affect us, was the very strict non-refundable policy. That could be a deterrent for many travelers.
The hotel’s location is excellent—right in the heart of Casco Viejo, surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The front desk staff are very kind and consistently go out of their way to provide guests with the best experience.
Enemigo is presented as the hotel’s own restaurant, but it doesn’t feel like they make any effort to accommodate hotel guests who want to enjoy the rooftop bar. We simply wanted a quick snack and a drink before heading out on a walking tour, but the hostess at the entrance told us that without a reservation we couldn’t enter. It was disappointing, especially considering we were hotel guests and only needed a brief visit.
