Super Lage. Schöner Boutique Stil! Traumhafte Rooftop Bar!
Hotel San Felipe was clean, modern, comfortable, and quiet, even with our room being directly under the rooftop bar. The location was perfect for exploring Casco Viejo. The staff was wonderful.
Our room was a little warm and we were not able to set the thermostat to a cooler temperature.
The hotel was very centrally located. The staff were amazing! They totally went above and beyond to help us. I cannot over emphasise how helpful they all were. The room was lovely, spacious, clean and light. The bathroom was a good size and I loved their bathrobes. We only stayed one night so were unable to explore their spa facilities, restaurant and rooftop bar.
We had a room overlooking the street and it was a little noisy during the night.
Everything! I would live here!

Não tem serviço Nso tem educação não sabem receber turista. Nunca mais voltarei ao Panamá
Sem atendimento nenhum. Havia um único funcionário muito mal educado e despreparado para atender hóspedes mal em de outros problemas como não receber o quarto que aluguei. O funcionário queria que ficássemos num quarto sem janelas como um presídio!!!! Este hotel não pode ser divulgado por vocês!!!! As toalhas por 3 dias não foram trocadas. O quarto não foi o escolhido. Fui maltratada pelo funcionário quando reclamei. Nso havia ninguém as 20;00 hs no lobby para nos atender…. Enfim
Um desastre de serviço, de respeito…. Dinheiro jogado no lixo e férias pelo ralo.

Alles war sauber und gut organisiert. Essen im zugehörigen und gegenüberliegenden Restaurant haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Liegt mitten in der Altstadt und ist daher gut gelegen. Insgesamt ein sehr zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt.
Der Baustellenlärm, besonders nachmittags war schon nervig. Hatte aber generell wenig Einfluss auf unseren Aufenthalt. Die Klimaanlage ist innerhalb der 4 Nächte, 2-mal ausgefallen. Wurde aber direkt wieder zum laufen gebracht.

Excellent location in Casco Viejo; absolutely safe, staff was friendly, restaurants were good - rooftop had a nice vibe, rooms spacious and modern.
Balcony in the pic is very small about 10inches wide just enough to stand on sideways with another person. But we liked that the doors could open to stand on the balcony

Very good location, amazing environment, amazing rooftop.
The hotel is beautiful, and the bedrooms are clean and spacious. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious (particularly the breakfast arepas) and the rooftop bar was great. The location is excellent.
Top location in the middle of the old city. Perfect for sightseeing. Lots of good restaurant and shops nearby. Hotel was very quiet. Large rooms.

Hotel did not earn the 5 stars. We had frayed towels that looked like they should be used for cleaning cloths. Toilet rolls were not in abundance. Don't order a taxi from the reception.
They wanted US dollars 25 for a trip that we booked outside the hotel with a taxi for
US Dollars 4.
