Excellent location in Casco Viejo within walking distance to all sites and many restaurants only minutes ways. The room was very comfortable with the bonus of a balcony overlooking the street. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay and we were incredibly grateful to Aybar who arranged an early check in for us after a long morning of travelling. Great rooftop restaurant with views of the city skyline.

Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen, jedoch Vorsicht hier wird alles mögliche extra berechnet. Zum Beispiel stilles Wasser kostet extra :-(

Le camere verso l'esterno sono spesso rumorose per via della strada trafficata da camion frigoriferi che sostano frequentemente li sotto. Le finestre chiudono bene, ma il rumore, in quelle situazione, passa lo stesso.

La ubicación, el SPA y los desayunos muy buenos. Habitaciones amplia, cómoda, limpio. Lo recomendaría mucho, mejor que alojarse en el casco antiguo. Nosotros estuvimos algunos días acá y otros días en el casco antiguo, en un hotel mucho más caro, y estábamos muy arrepentidos de no habernos quedado en el Golden Tower.
Carta del restaurant muy limitada, mucha demora en la preparación.
El personal fue atento, la habitación era espaciosa y limpia, una ducha linda
La cantidad de escándalo y bulla es deprimente, mi habitación quedaba en el mismo piso adonde llega el elevador que sube hacia el bar. A pesar de que llamábamos al lobby y pedimos que por favor manejaran la bulla, no nos ayudaron. Las tres noches que dormimos ahí fue un escándalo total de gente gritando, hablando, cantando…. Si quieren descansar este no es el hotel correcto. Dormimos horrible las tres noches que estuvimos.
