Pros:

La ubicación y el acceso al mall, las instalaciones y la habitacion estan bien, la atencion del personal del reataurante para el desayuno es muy buena.

Cons:

La atencion por parte del personal de recepción y servicio al huesped fue pesima, casi nunca respondian en recepción, necesite bajar dos veces hasta la recepción por que no contestaban el telefono para poder hacer una solicitud para aun arreglo en el baño, y nunca fueron a atender el caso, tuvimos que resolver nosotros mismos.

Det stinket desinfisering på rommet , det var ubehagelig /ukomfortabelt ( dette burde de ordne opp i med vanlig rengjøring ) , gulvet på rommet var seigt .

Que no los engañen

Hotel viejo descuidado, sucio, no entiendo como Booking puede tenerlo con una buena calificación. Perdieron la licencia descuidado Hard Rock por obvias razones.

Cons:

Las paredes, puertas y piso descuidado, pedí una suite y en teoría debería de ser lo mejor que tienen. La suite tenía manchas en el piso, el piso estaba pegajoso. Pésima experiencia. Pésimo que Booking tenga tan buena calificación por un hotel tan descuidado.

Pros:

¡El hotel en general es maravilloso!
La atención al cliente es muy muy buena, desde la bienvenida; las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y limpias (no huele a húmedas), el servicio de comida tanto el de habitaciones cómo el de desayuno buffet estuvieron muy buenos y variados. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Excellent stay for good price!
Pros:

Quick check in, central location in downtown, very comfortable and clean rooms.

Cons:

Overwhelming scents everywhere. Most of my family is scents sensitive so was very strong in a lot of areas
