I have had the most terrible experience in my life at a hotel at any level. This is by far the worst experience. I had a toilet overflow, front desk was called at least 3 times before someone came to fix it afyer repeated calls. Even though the wayer was literally flowing out and flooding the toilet space. This was only the start of my issues at this hotel.
The next day the safe in the room stopped working. I called front desk as I was going for dinner and had reservations and obviously needed to pay for.my dinner . My wallet, cards and other valuables/ documets were in the safe. I called front desk from 8:30pm the saturday night but nobody came to open the safe. After repeated calls I went down to the front desk. Explained that I needed my money to go to dinner and I was going to.dinner as my reservations had been made. I couldn't wait as my colleagues would now pay for my dinner. I asked front desk.to report this matter and set a time for.me to have the hotel open or fix the safe also I requested a meeting with the manager.
They documented and they told me 10am the NEXT day the maintain would come to.open the safe and the manager would also come.to speak to me at fhe same time.
The next day I waited for 10am nobody came. I further canceled my meetings to.wait.
I went to the front desk at 12:35pm and enquired about the manager and the persons to open my safe as nobody came. The front desk told me the manager was out and he assisted getting my safe opened.
The next day I requested a late check out which was turned down. The following day approximately 830am a loud drilling noise was head which woke me up. I called front desk told them and they said they would stop them. THIS WAS NOT STOPPED. EVEN AFTER MAKING REPEATED CALLS TO FRONT DESK.. GOING TO THE CONCEIRGE.. OVER 5 CALLS...
IT IS CLEAR THIS HOTEL.DOES NOT HAVE ANY STANDARDS, MANAGEMENT IS THE POOREST, LEAST PROFESSIONAL AND SERVICE IS GARBAGE.
I LITERALLY WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE.

This is clear. I have videos with the noice from the drilling and even after repeated calls and visiting the conseirge NOTHING was done to stop the construction and no manger or ANYONE in any authority called me or made and apology officially. The drilling is still currently ongoing as im tying this message hours now and still.
Is this the acceptable standard for a hotel of this level? This is not value for money or what is expected. The worst experience ever.
Never would I spend anything even connected to the Megapolis hotel.

Front desk customer service was terrible
La atención del personal en general es buena, afuera siempre están atentos a llevarte el carro o a pedirte taxi, la ubicación del hotel es muy buena, el primer piso del hotel es muy bonito y amplio. Cerca hay buenos restaurantes.
La limpieza del hotel no es la mejor, tapetes se ven terriblemente sucios, el aseo que le hacen a los cuartos es muy malo, el desayuno no es malo, pero es siempre lo mismo, se acaba y no reponen los alimentos, es difícil encontrar platos y mesas disponibles y hacía mucho frío, debíamos ir al desayuno con abrigo.

Tuve una mala experiencia con el personal del front desk
Solicité una habitación con medidas de seguridad en el baño para un adulto mayor
Y no obtuve mucha ayuda al inicio .Hasta que pedí hablar con el gerente .Juliana excelente persona y profesional solucionó mi solicitud a la mayor brevedad y qué lástima que el personal no siga su ejemplo . Gracias Juliana por tan excelente atención
