Piscina muy fría, el personal en general no es amable, como lo que uno está acostumbrado en México ó Rep. Dominicana, es más bien distante y frio.

Super miejsce. Pokoǰ znajdował się na 35 piętrze bardzo duży i rewelacyjny , 2 sypialnie i przy każdej łazienka , sypialnie oddzielone dużym salonem. Codzienne sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników na plus ! Pyszne śniadanie, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie . Szkoda tylko że w tym okresie co byliśmy był niedostepny taras widokowy .

Pros:

My room particularly the balcony, the buffet had so many choices and a lovely spacious area to enjoy your meal. Everyone was pleasant. The art work around the hotel was priceless. I totally enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

? Close to a perfect stay. Ps no bacon served on the breakfast buffet 😔

Cons:

Pésimo servicio, el desayuno todos los días estaba colapsado, tuvimos que hacer filas de 40 minutos para unos huevos fritos. Los ascensores repletos. Un día tuve que esperar 30 minutos para poder bajar. A veces se olvidaban de la limpieza de las habitaciones. Había un olor a humedad terrible en las habitaciones. Nunca pude guardar mi ropa en el clóset porque apestaba. Todo mal. No repetiría nunca más en mi vida

Absolutely gorgeous room and hotel overall! Our room was on the 31st floor and we had a stunning view over the city. The swimming pool was really huge and also had a super nice view. The breakfast we had was absolutely delicious and there was a wide variety of food overall. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful and were kind enough to hold our luggages until we left for the airport despite having to check out.
Overall I would totally recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Panama City.

Cons:

Right when we got to the hotel there was a huge line waiting for the check-in. Unfortunately it took us like 40 minutes to be able to complete the check-in process. The next times we went through the reception it didn't seem to be such a huge line so maybe we just got unlucky.
