a Big fan in the room. it was hot inside, little bit if difficult to sleep.

The place is clean. There is a mini fridge in room plus it has a full shared kitchen and laundry. Private room and bathroom. On the top floor is a balcony that looks out at Mt Rainier. It was a new experience for me to stay at this kind of place, but it was a positive experience. Vince responds to any questions right away. I thought it was going to be difficult to figure out how to get in the place and in my room, but it was actually easy to do. I will definitely stay there again. Oh the bed was cozy. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear others walking and talking. That did not bother me though. There is gluten free bakery a block away and gluten free pizza down the street from there. Cute shops and coffee places near by. Not far from the Capitol Hill area.

I stayed with you last summer and it was terrific. However, my recent stay was less than satisfactory. No comforter/blankets (especially in the winter months), no towels, no working TV, no pillowcase, half a roll of toilet paper and the door to my room and bathroom were wide open when I arrived late Tuesday evening. I used my wool coat for a sleep cover and a t-shirt for a towel.

It isn't really a suite, more like a dorm, and we were disappointed to find out that the bathroom was outside of our unit, and the shared kitchen was at a different floor and didn't even have stickers to mark the owners of the food items in the shared fridge. The room was very small, no table, no chair, not even a hook to hang a coat. The facility is sparkling new and clean, but the work quality seems so-so, especially poor sound insulation. Our electronic door lock broke and they couldn't even fix it. And we got charged extra after we left.

Nothing, I feel I was scammed. Would never advise, no human contact. Web site misleading, fraudulent.

Didn't even get a chance to get into the room but what I think was our room was full of garbage anyway! There were several trash cans in the kitchen area full to the brim with garbage.

The fire alarm went on and on last night I called and spoke with someone to turn off the alarm he said not tell tomorrow he finally had it turn off at 4am so noisy all night never well I go there again sleepless in Seattle

Booked this property and then they send me a thing saying only credit cards are accepted (remind you there was NOTHING on the actual booking on Expedia) for a damage deposit! They wouldn’t give me my money back after I purchased the travel insurance. This place is a scam, do not do business with this place!!!

Pictures are fake, there is no connected bathroom to the room " because the city told them they had to change it" but even after going back and forth for a week with expedia and the "partners" or owner, they won't change the pictures and will not inform you of the issue. Fraudulent photos and won't provide a refund even though the product was not as described

Felt like walking into a construction area 😲. No mirrors, chairs, tables or shelves in the room. Refrigerator and kitchen were downstairs and public. All Aardvark Partners properties are a rip off and false photos of size and amenities.
