Lamentablemente un día olvidaron hacer la habitación y como llegué tarde ya no había nada que hacer y el teléfono no funcionaba, el chico de recepción me respondió amablemente, y la ubicación que creo que no era tan buen barrio aunque vi harto policía

Pros:

Most of the staff were pleasant, a few need customer service training!

Cons:

Not much to like here unfortunately. The location is in a run down part of town, not being maintained, suspicious/"working" locals around. The facility is relatively clean, however lacking serious maintenance. Inside and outside needs major work, paint, power wash, repairs. Some parts of the hallways are moldy.
Rooms are not being cleaned adequately at all. Linens are supposed to be white, but they are in really bad, torn, and discoloration obvious. Showers are not cleaned thoroughly, and shower curtains are not refreshed, visually dirty. Bed sheets stained. Pillows old. What we paid was somewhat standard, expected better quality for the price.
