The location and the apts are fantastic (I rented 2 of the 2 bd apts - Exclusive 2 bd Apt and Refined 2 Bd Apt with Terrace). Both apts are new and nicely decorated. The Refined 2 bd Apt w Terrace has a private rooftop which is amazing to be up at, to have a drink and watch the all around view (although the stairs getting to it and down was a bit of a hassle and dangerous as it is steep and there are no handrails). The Exclusive 2 bd apt has a wraparound balcony which was so fun because there was always activity down below on the streets to watch and this unit is spacious.
The pictures on the booking site is confusing as I couldn't tell what each of the unit I was booking looked like exactly and couldn't tell whether there was a rooftop pool that is a common area (it's not, it only belongs to one of the units in the building). I didn't know 1 of the 2 bd unit I was booking had only 1 bathroom as it wasn't clear on the booking either (Refined 2 bd Apt w Terrace). Also the toilet of that unit is a wall mount and it is higher than normal (I was glad I had booked the other 2 bd unit at the same time so I didn't have to use that toilet as I'm only 5'1" but my son and husband who are almost 6' also thought it was a bit high)
Excellent Location, excellent receptionists and the management quick response to all my inquiries. The kitchen is really nice and had everything we need to cook some meals. Love the shower. Even though you are in the center of town, you can barely hear any noise. Very quiet.
Too stuffy air, even with buying air freshener, there’s always a musty smell. You always have to have the air conditioning running , dirty area rug and run down couch need to go. No light at night in the rooftop and the stairs are slippery to go up and down. Very dangerous for young kids. No closet in the second bedroom.
Great boutique apartment-style boutique hotel. Great location in the heart of Casco Viejo. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and attractions. Very clean. Roof-top patio was a nice bonus with views of the downtown. Jared - sitting in the entry area - was extremely helpful and friendly.
The only possible drawback is that the unit does not have a window overlooking the street -- just an interior courtyard. Honestly, this wasn't a big issue. It just would have been nice to know in advance. Also, the toilet height is impossibly high for an average-sized person.
El apartamento esta tal cual las fotos. Impecable, grande, muy comodo y elegante. Muy bueno para pasar unos días en el centro de Casco Viejo en Panamá. Sin duda repetiremos.
Hay poca luz en las habitaciones y no tiene caja de Seguridad.

It was very relaxing to stay at the historical and cutely renovated apartment. Great aesthetic. Lively apartment, very well decorated! Right the middle of everything in the beautiful town of Casco Veijo. Vibrant lanes, boutique stores, cafes and restaurants near by. We had an amazing time staying for 2 nights at this apartment.

Het inchecken was een groot drama. Ik had akkoord om om 14 uur in te checken echter dat werd rond 17 uur. Super slecht!

Todo excelente, location, deco, todo.
The location was great. They had a festival in the square a block away. It was a large area, great for a single person or couple staying for a long period. I wish I had more time to enjoy the place, but it worked fine for a night.
Just make sure you look for messages from owner 24 hours in advance.
It was very clean and spacious with a roof top terrace which was a bonus. It had everything we needed.
