Easy check-in and beautiful property!
The room itself was very clean and the host provided everything we needed. The bed and pillows were a little hard for my liking. The house in general was OK. The cleanliness could’ve been better. We used the washing machine and our clothes had came with an unknown white substance and a used bandage. It is a shared house so you have to keep in mind of the others cleanliness. The parking situation was OK as well. Sometimes having to park a block down. The location is great very close to the city center and space needle.
Super convenient and a great price compared to everywhere else i looked.
Fun little place, within walking distance of downtown.
Quiet location, contactless check-in, nice interior
It was a nice place the exterior was very well kept our room was comfortable. It is a three-story building and I didn't know our room would be on the third floor so it is quite a walk if you have to lug some heavy suitcases. The Star wars touches were very cute though My husband enjoyed it.
Acomodação razoável, bairro excelente, quarto barulhento, vizinhos não respeitaram o horário de silêncio, pé da cama direito na área de passagem causando contusões.
Clean no frills, nice part of town and right next to public transit stop.
Vince kept in contact with us and made sure our stay was what we planned. Even met a nice neighbor. Area was safe. Parking can be tough, but it worked out the entire time. Top floor was very quiet. Laundry was unexpected and the kitchen was huge. Better than any smaller hotel. Come and go as you please and bus stop close by.
Clean, great communicatiom
It was okay. Felt very overpriced for what it was. The doors and walls were extremely thin so you could hear every passing car and all of your neighbors easily. Earplugs made it bearable but without them I don't imagine you could sleep here. Pray that you don't get the top rooms as they are up many flights of super narrow stairs. The place is already dingy looking from the walls to the rooms and both my towels and bedspread were stained or had hairs left on them.
Price was low. Room was in good condition.
The advertising was seriously misleading. They said an id & cc would need to be showed at check-in. In reality, there was a pre-checkin where photos of id, cc & selfie were required to be uploaded to a website which could not be verified as secure. A clear violation of privacy as face is biometric info. As the multi-day booking was not refundable, i had a very tough choice. Website did not work for selfie, so i had to text it. The customer sérvice had very little idea on how things (heating, coffee machine) work in the room. Woken at 2am by co-residents who started cooking/something late at night. Second day was very hot even though heating in room was off.
Loved the environment. Very clean.
Not much.
I was extremely disappointed by the inflexibility of the property who put policy over customer. Due to the 9h time difference between Germany and Seattle I got the dates mixed up for my flight home. I checked the if the place was free a day earlier and asked if my stay could simply be shifted by a day. Nobody would have lost any money - all that was needed was a bit of flexibility. The property refused to change the dates, I lost 100$ in the process. Can't recommend you stay there. Additionally the property asks for a 1000$ security deposit, which is outlandish high for a one night stay. There is no elevator and I had to carry my heavy suitcase up to the 3rd floor. The stairwell is full of stains from people scratching the walls with their suitcases. On my bed there was a sticker "made in China". All in all quite careless and mainly functional.
Vince was incredibly nice, even letting us check in early due to an event we were attending. The room was very clean and the kitchen downstairs was beautiful.
The host, Vince, was extremely accommodating, and followed through on everything that he stated he would.
The access codes to the property and room were sent promptly, and correctly.
It was easy to get in with the stated codes.
The room was clean, quiet, and I felt secure in the space.
The bathroom was well appointed, and the elements in it were new, or very nearly new. Everything worked!
A good sized TV. Wall mounted, with streaming content in my room, which had easy to navigate controls.
The Samsung clothes washing, and drying machine, on the floor are virtually NEW, and very clean.
-Clothes washing pods are provided.
There is a kitchen downstairs, at the entry level. Again, very well appointed.
( I was a bit surprised to find REAL fresh-cut flowers on the kitchen table! )
I can easily recommend this property, and the very efficient, and gentlemanly host.
I've stayed in hotels all over the United States... roadside, high-end, and everything in between...
This place was refreshing!
A good deal...
Thanks, Vince!
