I really enjoyed being able to cook different meals. The kitchen had all the basics making it easy! The room was extremely clean and overall the experience was great.

Great area to stay, comfortable beds and good amenities

It’s a house with private rooms and private bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again, Seattle is very expensive and this location with free street parking (easy to find, even right outside the place) was a great price deal. Thank you Vince for getting in touch and making sure everything was ok. Only thing I didn’t like was that the fridge in the room was too noisy. The place is very clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to great bars and restaurants.

Clean room

I enjoyed my stay. Everything was easy and as described. It was clean and comfortable. I have no complaints. Oh, i have one complaint: the mini-refrigerator had a very loud whine. I know that's a weird complaint, but i thought that it might keep me up. It didn't; i was too tired, and the whine only lasts for as long as the refrigerator cycle.

Very good location in Queen Anne! Walkability was great {prepare for steep hills}. Quick walk to bus stops, restaurants, book stores, etc. smart lock on main and individual doors. Rooms and bathroom very clean! Bed was very comfortable as well.

Vince is an amazing host with great communication (5 stars for this). The room was very neat and clean. The only thing I did not like about this place is walls are thin. You could hear other people walking and talking. Not to mention, if you’re unlucky like me, you might get guests without manners who laughing and running around at 2 am or listening to loud music at 6 am. Those were very disrespectful.

Terrible location... took too long to check in... very confusing... very small room... host was a pain in the butt... not really helpful.... over priced for wat u got... starwars theam was a pity. SuCKS

We love that the owned has several properties in the area that are close to climate pledges areas and to lumen field. Because of proximity, it gives us the option of walking to and from the venues and keeps the uber prices very reasonable.

Very quiet area compared to the rest of Seattle, love that is was walkable in the morning for breakfast. Husband is not a huge fan of not going to a hotel,but he didn’t complain much at all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The suite is centrally located in a beautiful neighborhood. It offers a shared kitchen and laundry room, and is pet friendly.

Hosts were super awesome, transportation access is insanely good. Room was super tidy and a great size. Parking was available and conveniently right outside the front door! Would definitely recommend as a good place to stay in Seattle!
