A 5 minutes de l'aéroport, l'hôtel est bien situé au calme avec vue sur le lac. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, agrémenté par des extras si besoin. Le personnel est accueillant. Je ne parle pas espagnol, mais la communication est fluide.

Hôtel ressourçant proche de toutes commodités
Pros:

La localisation est parfaite à 1 min à pied de la mer et de tous les restaurants. Le personnel a été adorable, nous avons pu rester à la piscine le jour de notre départ et utiliser les douches avant de partir. L’endroit est très calme et la cabine climatisée est parfaite.

Cons:

A noter qu’il n’y a pas de service de bar et de restaurant sur place.

Personal extremadamente cálido.
Pros:

La atención al cliente de los recepcionistas, destacando el servicio de Diego y Evelyn ya que fueron más allá de solo dar una buena experiencia.
Hicieron que mi pareja y yo viéramos su profesionalismo en cada cosa que hacían. Súper serviciales súper amables. Las instalaciones son perfectas y muy cómodas, al igual que los desayunos.
Pero de verdad con solo la atención de los trabajadores, cuenta como suficiente motivo para volver.
