Great choice around Flores if you´re looking for a swimming pool
Pros:

All employees were extremely nice and helpful.
Wonderful courtyard and beautiful pool.
Parking lot inside and included.
Shower is with hot water and even big pressure available.
Great location close to Flores and a good starting point for Tikal.
Breakfast was absolutely great but NOT included. We ordered 2 breakfasts and you can roughly count on additional 5 USD/person/night.

Cons:

Room #19 is directly towards the street and even with closed windows it´s extremely noisy.
Kids starting from 5 years old already pay the adult price.
Air conditioning was in the room, but not very powerful.
Price for value was in this accomodation the worst of our whole time in Guatemala. If the breakfast was included I might have rated differently.

Pros:

Really nice room, good size, comfortable bed, great AC. Everything was spotless clean. They allow dogs :) Food is good. Safe location. What I really loved about this place was the staff! Really attentive and making sure you are taken care of. From picking me up at the gas station where I got dropped off by the shuttle to find me lunch the day after.. they are really sweet and accommodating. 5 star hotel treatment.

A comfortable enough night but no restaurant.
Pros:

Room was clean enough and did the job.

Parking was secure behind locked gates.

Cons:

It has a strange atmosphere.

The girl that checked us in was pleasant enough but we asked about the restaurant and she said there wasn’t one. It is advertised as having one and it’s in the title of the property!! This is important to us when choosing the location of a hotel. She said there wasn’t a restaurant at all.

Then another guy was around later and he asked if we wanted breakfast. We told him the girl had said there wasn’t a restaurant or breakfast. He went to speak to her and then said there was and we could have it any time we liked.

We didn’t bother as in the morning when we went down there was no sign of a breakfast area and nobody around to offer it to us.

A very strange set up.

I would returned any time
Pros:

Location was great the people nearby was very friendly. I meet some people from Norway and we spend a few hours together my the pool they were at the hotel for 1 night. Really enjoyed the time with them

Cons:

The room was full of mosquitos and not very clean. Woke up with 15 bites. Guest using the pool drunk at 1.30am and the hotel doing nothing about it. Pool did not look well maintained or clean so didnt use it. Location is terrible. 40Q taxi to the best bars and restaurants. Nothing near the hotel worthwhile.
Unfortunately we booked this based on previous very generous reviews made by people why bad taste or easily please. Rated over 9 because only 5 reviews. Please dont let that fool you. This is a 5/10 at best
