Ok but a bit noisy and old
Pros:

The complimentary massage chairs in the foyer (which also.doubles up.as the "executive lounge"...which is just a small goyer with some chairs and a table). Air-conditioning, reliable hot water, clean and spacious room. Secure and safe premises. Walking distance to some restaurants and a couple of shops. Pick up.from airport but no sign board so you have to just say the name of the accommodation out loud to a bunch of people outside the airport until someone hears and approaches you. Essential oil burning in room...nice scent. Working refrigerator.

Cons:

Broken TV- noone told me until I asked about it and no discount or compensation offered, very noisy - not sound proof at all and people congregate in the very small foyer (called a "lounge"l) to talk loudly until all hours amd I could hear the working tv i the adjacent room. The water pump system is loud and woke me a couple of times. Dim lighting in room despite all lights being functional (but the main lights in the room were removed). Front desk is not regularly staffed so it was hard to find out anything or get assistance at times. Very minimal information provided upon check-in (only gate code, room card provided and nothing else told to me). No communal pool - ads were deceiving
