Friendly people nice rooms and pool

Cons:

That all the connecting rooms had gaps at bottom of doors and you can hear everything the other person doing in the other rooms and if there light is on it will shine right in your room

not worth the price
Pros:

location is great, service is 50/50, the room is in dire need of a deep clean some spots looked like dirt or mold which was concerning would not return to this location due to room condition at check in

More than comfortable stay
Pros:

I liked the location and decor of the hotel and room. The staff keep checking in and making sure we were good through text.

Cons:

Parking for guest. $24 a night, I wasn’t aware and just think it should be free for paying guest. I probably missed it in the fine print about the parking details though.

Great location and clean hotel
Pros:

We arrived at Hilton Garden Inn San Juan on 4/6 and stayed until 4/11. From the moment we checked in, our experience was wonderful. The service representative who checked us in, Mariana, was extremely friendly and personable. She made the check-in process very easy and welcoming and even gave us great recommendations on things to do during our stay—all of which turned out to be amazing.

We were fortunate enough to see Mariana again on our last night. She asked how our stay was and what we did throughout the week, which led to a fun conversation filled with lots of laughs. Mariana, we truly appreciate everything you did to help make our stay fun and memorable. Thank you so much—hopefully we will see you again one day.

As for the hotel itself, it was very nice and clean. The rooms were comfortable, and the view from the balcony was great. The beach is right across from the hotel and easily walkable, which was a huge plus. The pool area was also very nice and a great place to sit outside, relax, and enjoy the beautiful view of the water. There is also a restaurant on-site, and the food was very good, which made dining convenient during our stay.

The convenience of having kayaks, tours, and paddleboards on-site was another highlight. We did a night kayaking tour, which was a lot of fun, and the tour staff were amazing. Everyone at the hotel was very kind and always helpful. The location is excellent—very close to the airport, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

I would definitely recommend the Hilton Garden Inn for your stay. You won’t be disappointed. When we return, we will absolutely stay here again.

Kisha is amazing. Comfy hotel close to cruise ports.
Pros:

Kisha is such a gem. She was super helpful and caring after a long day of travel having someone like her welcome you is such a relief. Pizza in the bar super yummy and room was comfy. Great location.

Pros:

me gusto la ubicación y facilidad de trasporte que existe en la zona, ademas el hotel cuenta con una playa muy segura y buena en ese aspecto es prefecto.

Cons:

El ruido en la habitación del hotel, el aire acondicionado generaba un ruido increíble y la puerta de los baños no cerraba 100% dado que era corrediza.

great location, has pools, beach and walking distance to te lagune and beaches.

Cons:

they were understaffed. room did not get cleaned everyday. it was inpossible to reach the front dest. I had to go down to the lobbi any time we needed something.
food choices in the restaurnat are very limited.
the sofa bed in the room, can not fit 2 kids!!
