The bathroom, was a little tired. I think there should have been an area in the garden for smoking, I didn’t really like standing out the front on the street.

Great place to stay to explore Old San Juan
Pros:

Loved the location and the pool was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage for us while we explored the city.

Cons:

The pool had multiple clumps of hair floating in it, and the hot tub needed a scrub down. There were several not so clean looking details in the room, like a rusty toilet bolt and dirt and grime built up in the corners of the shower and floor.
