I really liked the location, and the room was very clean.

The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious!

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing, especially considering its high rating and overall reputation.

When I arrived for check-in, there was only one employee working at the front desk, while a line of approximately seven people was waiting. For a hotel of this level, I found this to be very unprofessional and poorly organized.

The next day, I needed to get a wristband at the pool in order to access the beach at the sister property. The pool opened at 8:00 AM, so I arrived shortly after opening, expecting a smooth and organized process. However, the staff member at the pool was not there, and I had to wait. This was particularly frustrating because the wristband was necessary to use the beach facilities.

Overall, I was disappointed with the level of service and organization. The hotel has a great location and beautiful facilities, but the service did not meet the standard I would expect from a property with such a high rating.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the staffing, communication, and organization, because the hotel has a lot of potential.

Mi è piaciuta sicuramente la struttura in sé per sé è fondamentalmente anche le camere sono molto spaziose e con una bellissima vista.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questa struttura è stata caratterizzata da diversi disagi e, soprattutto, da una gestione che ho trovato poco professionale e poco attenta al cliente. Già al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto una prima esperienza negativa. Siamo arrivati con numerose valigie e, nonostante all’esterno della struttura fossero presenti persone incaricate di assistere gli ospiti con i bagagli, nessuno è venuto ad aiutarci né ci è stato proposto alcun tipo di assistenza. Nei giorni successivi abbiamo infatti visto più volte altri ospiti arrivare e ricevere regolarmente questo servizio, con il personale che si occupava di trasportare le loro valigie all’interno dell’hotel. A noi, invece, non è stato nemmeno chiesto se avessimo bisogno di aiuto, costringendoci a portare autonomamente tutti i bagagli fino all’interno della struttura, nonostante fossimo chiaramente in difficoltà. Ancora più spiacevole è stato quanto accaduto al momento del check-in. Nonostante il soggiorno fosse già stato interamente pagato, ci è stato richiesto un ulteriore importo molto consistente, pari a quasi la metà del prezzo della prenotazione, presentandolo come una cauzione. Solo dopo una mia insistente verifica ho scoperto che si trattava in realtà di un errore. Ciò che mi ha maggiormente deluso è stata la totale assenza di responsabilità da parte dello staff e, soprattutto, di una semplice scusa per l’accaduto. Un ulteriore problema ha riguardato il servizio di pulizia della camera. A causa delle criticità relative al sistema idrico del Paese, ci erano state fornite alcune indicazioni per limitare il consumo d’acqua, cosa assolutamente comprensibile. Tuttavia, nelle informazioni ricevute (su un foglio con tutte le indicazioni) non era indicato che la camera non sarebbe stata rifatta quotidianamente.
