My experience was okay. The kitchen didn’t have any spare garbage bags which was inconvenient since most stores are closed early

Great last minute stay!
Pros:

Mr flight so we had a few extra days in PR found this online last minute literally and after staying in a suite in the Hotel Caribe we took a chance. We could not have been happier the property was in a friendly neighborhood with an unbelievable number of shops, restaurants, etc within a few minutes walk. Property itself is amazing. Very clever use of space fantastic design really outstanding and impressive. Outdoor clawfoot tub with shower was fantastic with another bathtub that was cartoonishly big and awesome. The outdoor space was very well done there's a balcony that's covered with a table that just beautiful and the rooftop space was cool and quite clever. We didn't use the hot tub but there was a great location for that everything very well done it was very well thought out. My wife loved it and didn't want to leave we had to check out one day before a flight because the room been booked for somebody else but she did not want to go. Next time we are there I'm sure that's where she will want to book and as lovely as the other Hotel was she said more than once didn't she would have preferred staying there. I can say more about it but honestly it's just that nice of a property even though everything was virtual we had questions and we had trouble finding the code to get in but we had answers immediately the staff was friendly and very prompt in their responses I will say that the cleaning crew was there at 11:00 on the nose so don't drag your feet.

Pros:

Beautiful property that is very clean and well kept. The closeness to a really good beach at Ocean Park huge plus. The neighborhood is rough. It is obviously moving in the right direction, but if you are not used to a city living it might seem unsafe. I never felt unsafe, but I am from Chicago and used to this type of neighborhood.

great for group trips in san juan
Pros:

loved this spot! we stayed in the top apartment, O, that included the roof deck. slept 8 very comfortably. loved working from the outdoor patio and having coffee on the roof. such a close walk to the beach and a bunch of restaurants and bars. we had a few small issues when we arrived that the DW team took care of right away. highly recommend!

This was our honeymoon and we could not have picked a better place to stay. Far enough from the tourist area but close enough to everything. Uber 6-8 mins to everything, airport included
