The best hotel in Pristina
Pros:

Simply the best place where to stay in Pristina.
The staff is the best, always kind and accommodating. The building is super new and the rooms are amazing.
I've been 2 times already and I will stay here again in my next visit.

The best - will come back
Pros:

Simply the best. Staff helped me with early checkin and breakfast since I arrived very early. They simply are the nicest.
The building is very new and has all the right amenities.

Overall, I had a pleased stay with good support when requested.
Pros:

The breakfast had large variety of food and was well prepared. Shower in my room was modern and large with plenty of towels. The people at the reception helped my out instantly with my safe in the room.

Cons:

Before a customer checks in, all facilities in the room should work. this was not the case fr the safe (was resolved instantly). Furthermore I couldn't work out the ventilation system. I still think there is something wrong with the TV remote control.

Pros:

Das albanische Volk ist einfach extrem gastfreundlich. Das Personal war so gut, dass man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Das Hotel selber ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Vielen Dank!

Pros:

Dobrá snídaně, čerstvá zelenina a velký výběr teplého a studeného bufetu. Dobrá káva jak je v Kosovu zvykem.

Cons:

Nedostatek parkovacích míst pro hosty hotelu.
