- celotno osebje, tako na recepciji, kot natakarji, sobarice... - ljudje v turizmu so namreč tisti, ki naredijo največjo razliko, sploh v nastanitvah v mestih ter ob poslovnih potovanjih, kjer naravni in kulturnozgodovinski razlogi ne igrajo vloge...ob tem pa seveda predvsem...
-...čistoča in vsakodnevna skrb za gosta
- odličen zajtrk in možnost obrokov čez dan in zvečer
- odlično pripravljen espresso/macchiato z nedvomno že zelo dobro surovino, predvsem pa tudi pristopom k oz. občutkom za pripravo kave (predvsem s strani starejšega uglajenega gospoda, ki dela v šanku)
- vrednost glede na ceno

Pros:

frühstück war sehr gut
zimmer zwar nicht sehr gross aber dafür sauber und hatte alles

allgemein durch gute schallisolierung war unser zimmer sehr ruhig und wir konnten in ruhe schlafen
