Hotel Alma exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

The hotel is located in the heart Old San Juan. Its staff was professional and welcoming! We left some valuables in the safe and the staff secured our items and called us to retrieve them. We were so grateful! Gracias a Dios!! Good times!

Cons:

Nothing, we loved our stay!! Can't wait to go back!

Stylish hotel perfectly located in old San Juan.

Cons:

Our room was in the floor below the restaurant. ‘Very noisy when furniture was being moved. Also poor sound-proofing for the adjoining room. ‘Heard more than we wanted too!

Pros:

Hotel muy bien ubicado, habitaciones amplias y con excelentes baños. Toallas, productos de higiene de óptima calidad.
Rooftop y piscina con una vista y servicio excelente. Súper recomendable !!

Pros:

La localizacion es muy buena, detras de La Plaza Colon, se puede recorrer todo el viejo San Juan caminando desde el hotel. La instalacion es nueva, el tamano de las habitaciones y el bano son razonables. El personal es amable, profesional y con buena disposicion para ayudar ante cualquier pedido. La vista de la ciudad desde la azotea es muy bonita, especialmente en la noche.

Cons:

Solamente proveen jabon de bano, shampoo y acondicionador., no tenian otros productos de aseo, lo cual para el precio por noche debia estar incluido. Eramos 4 personas en una habitacion doble y solo proveian toallas para tres. El agua caliente en horario donde muchas personas tomaban ducha, era deficiente. La piscina no es tal, es como un jacuzzi, con lo cual practicamente no invita al uso.

Wonderful property, staff and location in Old San Juan.
Pros:

This is a lovely, well appointed hotel. There was clearly a lot of thought put into little touches. Everything from under bed lights that come on briefly to help navigate in the dark, to well placed hooks for your towel next to the shower in the bathroom. The staff are all exceptionally responsive and kind. The upstairs restaurant had excellent food and a wonderful view, and amazing staff as well. This place so exceeded my expectations and was the highlight of our stay in Old San Juan.

BUENA EXPERIENCIA
Pros:

La ubicación formidable, a unos pasos del castillo de San Cristobal y al lado de Caficultura, un lugar formidable para desayunar.
La calle de la fortaleza está super cerca y hay varios restaurantes cercas.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos, nos asignaron una habitación en el piso 3, y no se que sucedía que se filtraba el o los sonidos de las puertas 🚪 de otras habitaciones, las personas que pasaban por el pasillo, etc...y era demasiado incómodo. Esos ruidos incluso cuando estábamos desempacando las maletas ya que recién habíamos llegado. Se lo dijimos a la recepción y KRISTAL, UNA CHICA EXCELENTE Y DEMASIADO AMIGABLE (LA misma que nos hizo el proceso de check-in), nos comprendió y nos cambió de una vez a otra habitación en el piso 6.
Waoo....cambio radical...silenciosa, y nada de ruidos. Descansamos muy bien las noches venideras.
Pero Kristal, fue clave, muy gentil.....excelente persona.
