Location and comfort
Pros:

This hotel is very well located. The room was fairly spacious and definitely comfortable. The bed was great. The rooftop is a wonderful place to relax or dine.

Cons:

Our room had no window we could look out, just small ones high to bring in light. This was fine for our brief stay, but I would want some sort of view for a longer stay.

Lovely modern hotel stay in prime location!
Pros:

The building is clean and the staff is nice and helpful. The robes were top quality and the room was nicely appointed, even in the lower end room. There was no free breakfast but the cafe downstairs was excellent. The gym was small but had plenty of options (treadmill, elliptical, dumbells from 8 - 50 lbs, kettlebells, and medicine balls) The pool was small but had an excellent view and was perfect for cooling off in between basking in the sun.

Cons:

The room walls are very thin and the room next to our decided inexplicably to have a loud gathering well past 1130-midnight. I will say that we texted the front desk to ask them to respect quiet hours and the noise stopped shortly after. The rooftop could benefit from some shaded area - umbrellas may be difficult for safety reasons but they could get creative with sun sail shades or the like.

A convenient place to stay in the middle of the old city.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located on a nice square in the middle of the old town. The staff were friendly, and the facilities were clean, with everything working in good condition.

Cons:

The only annoying aspect was the rather labyrinthic experience it took to get to our room. Also, the room was smaller than we had expected for the price.

Excelente localización en el Viejo San Juan. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. La atención de los muchachos de la recepcion fue excelente.

Cons:

Había una puerta muy sencilla entre la habitación que nos dieron y la vecina que no permitía la isolación acústica, ya que todo se oía. Los vecinos estuvieron hablando entre las 2 AM y las 3 AM, lo cual nos impidió un descanso satisfactorio.

Todo estuvo perfecto, pero el mayor plus es la ubicación y el rooftop con piscina.

Cons:

La habitación podría ser un poco más grande y sería mejor si extendieran el horario de la piscina.

Lage unseres Zimmers neben der Türe, die in den Stock führt, (410) ist schlecht. Man hört das ganze Kommen und gehen. Innenhof-Fenster.

Excellent location, room just Ok.
Pros:

Excellent location in Old San Juan near the fort and a 10 min walk to the cruise terminal. Very nice roof terrace and restaurant. Friendly staff. The room was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Accessible charging sockets at the bedsides.

Cons:

The room was very small. No desk, chair or table. No closet or wardrobe, only a rack of hangers in one corner. Very little place to put suitcases. Very little place to put down items at the sink. The one window looked out to kind of a open hallway space, so no view.

Overall, pretty good but a little on the expensive side for the value. You’re mostly paying for the prime location.
Pros:

Location, spacious room, easy for ride shares to find.

Cons:

Timing of room cleanings (not consistent), cold pool, elevators take forever and are very small. Super crowded when cruises dock.
