Booked last minute because of change in travel plans. Angel was prompt, helpful and available.

Pros:

Little gem to rest after a busy day exploring the town and enjoying the beach. Stunning view from the back terrace. Seems like the small pool in the area it’s being repaired but we did not have expectations of using it.
The owner responds very fast, he was flexible with our requests and him and his staff are very polite.

Pros:

Angel worked us in on a same-day booking and met with us at 9:00pm for check and was truly a holiday life-saver (thanks to a different VRBO booking never responding on check in). Nice amenities and right next to ocean (more surfing spot rather than swimming, but pool was nice as well). With more times notice and some updates, this place could easily be 5 star. Again, super thanks to Angel for the last-minute accomodations.
