Room smelled like a sewer. Bathroom door didn’t close all the way so it was like living in an outhouse. Windows were all taped but one so mosquitos got in

Absolutely terrible experience. This place was honestly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

The room was dirty, poorly maintained and completely different from what was shown in the photos. There were ants everywhere, the windows were literally covered with cardboard/plastic, and the air conditioning was leaking filthy water into the room. The whole place felt unhygienic and barely habitable.

What made it even worse is that we had to leave before the end of our stay because the conditions were simply unacceptable. We had already paid for this accommodation, yet we were forced to spend even more money to find somewhere else to stay.

This was not a matter of “expectations” or being picky. The basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance and hospitality were simply not there. The pictures online are extremely misleading, and the reality is shocking.

I would strongly advise anyone against staying here. Save yourself the money, the stress and the disgusting experience. There are plenty of better places in Lombok. This one should honestly be avoided at all costs.

Een aangename verblijf gezien de prijs en kwaliteit een prima verhouding. Een aanrader!
Pros:

Locatie,vriendelijk ontvangst,schone kamers zeer behulpzaame mensen. Centraal gelegen!

Prima voor elkaar
Pros:

Lekker zwembadje, scooters te huur, airco prima en ontbijt ok, behulpzaam personeel.
Eetgelegenheid op 8 min loopafstand en supermarkt direct naast ingang terrein

Cons:

Fleece? handdoeken.. wij verbleven 4 nachten maar handdoeken niet ververst en er zou een vegertje over het terrasje kunnen af en toe.

Pros:

Omg I looooove Fitri (ik hoop dat ik het goed schrijf) ze was zo tof en ontzettend lief. De accomodatie was wat oud maar wel goed schoon. Het personeel was zo lief! En de bedden lagen lekker.

Cons:

De douche die recht op de wc sproeit haha beetje onhandig.

Buena ubicación, un poco más apartado del centro. La cama era cómoda y el personal muy amable

Habían muchas gallinas alrededor de la habitación y desde las 3 de la mañana están cantando. El descanso no es optimo.

Cons:

There were rats in the roof in our first room that kept us up at night, you wouldn’t believe how loud they can be. They did move us into another room which was appreciated. However, in both rooms the bedding was very stained/ actually dirty, so was the room/ bathroom.

Pros:

The room was a lovely size and in a perfect location! The pool was kept super clean too. It was also in a perfect location to the centre of Kuta, only like a 2 minute drive in! Me and my boyfriend ended up staying here twice, we loved it !

Cons:

The only issue was the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and our shower didn’t work too great but other than that it was perfect !

Gut für kleine Budgets
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr gross. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, dafür ruhig. Das Zentrum ist dennoch fussläufig erreichbar. Der Pool hat uns gefallen.

Cons:

Die Anlage ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und einiges müsste ersetzt werden. Unser Badezimmer hat leider nicht gut gerochen und wirkte auch nicht so sauber.
