A great hotel with many local restaurants nearby
Pros:

A delightful hotel. Fantastic staff, especially the lady on the front desk. The hotel is very clean safe. We were given a large room at the end of the corridor; I had requested a quiet room. Breakfasts were great - good variety and the chef cooked me an omelette each morning. We had problems accessing the Yandex app but the lady on the front desk ordered taxis for us. There is also a great pool which you need to book but then you have it all to yourself - bliss!

The property and staff were nothing short of amazing.
I cannot thank you enough for all the smiles, helpful chats , kind gestures and for arranging space for me to compose myself between checkout and my flight.
The guys at the front desk are just lovely. Your hospitality is so appreciated.
The room is modern, clean, light and bright, serviced daily and everything is well thought out - from the furniture arrangement to the breakfast offered. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you thank you thank you 😊

A new modern hotel
Pros:

A new hotel in a quiet district, next to the Consulate of Kazakhstan. Our double room was quite big, clean and cozy. We booked a swimming pool for an hour - it is possible to use it privately. The hotel personnel were very helpful and cooperative. Variety of food for breakfast, delicious. Recommend this hotel to everyone.

В общем все понравилось. Гостеприимно, чисто, тихо. Хорошее место для отдыха после экскурсий и осмотра достопримечательностей. Хорошие классические завтраки, все необходимое было.
Особенно приятные впечатления от бассейна, замечательный релакс после прогулок.
