Confort et sérénité.
Pros:

Le confort des chambres, l’accès à la piscine gratuitement sur réservation d’un créneau. La qualité de la literie, le quartier est vivant et très différent du « centre historique ». Le petit déjeuner est copieux.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

We only spent a day here, but everything was perfect. First of all, we were given a free room upgrade, which obviously made us very happy, especially as it was raining in Samarkand and we spent most of the day at the hotel enjoying the lovely pool and the wellness space. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. Our stay was perfect. I would recommend this place for sure 🙃.

Wonderful stay, highly recommended!
Pros:

The quality is excellent for the price. The beds are very comfortable, the facilities are clean, and the breakfast is decent. The location is also convenient. I especially liked the private pool concept with reservation, it made the experience more special. We had a wonderful stay.

Cons:

The air conditioner was not working, but fortunately we did not need it during our stay.

Otel merkezi konumda, sakin ve güvenli bir muhitte. Temizlik çok çok iyiydi, odada ihtiyaç duyulan her şey vardı, yataklar dolaplar kullanılan malzemeler hepsi yeni durumdaydı. Tüm çalışanlar, otel misafirlerine kendilerini güvende ve konforlu hissetmeleri için her imkanı sağlıyor. Her konuda yardımcı oluyor ve çözüm sunuyorlar. Kahvaltıyı hazırlayan ekip çok tatlıydı, yiyecekler eksildikçe yenilendi, güler yüzle karşılandık sabahları.. Temiz, bakımlı güzel bir oteldi ve bize güzel bir otel deneyimi sundu.. Fiyat performans açısından bizi çok mutlu etti. Özel olarak resepsiyondaki İslam Bey'e teşekkür ederim, güzel Türkçesi sayesinde kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik, karşılaştığımız bir sorun oldu samimiyetle çözüm için uğraştı. Özbekistan bizim için çok mutlu edici bir gezi oldu, soydaşlarımızın misafirperverliğini, nezaketini hiç unutmayacağız.. Tekrar görüşmek üzere 🙋🏻‍♀️
