recently stayed at The Elements Tashkent and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s friendly and attentive staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was providing local recommendations, arranging transportation, or ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Visited as part of a tour party
Modern hotel but around 40 mins from the old part of the city. being in a business district. Can be lnger in rush hour as roads get very busy.
Around 10/15 mins walk to nearest underground station.
Underground worth a visit as many stations have artistic designs
Nice sized room with most expected facilities
Few staff speak English
Good WiFi
Ok breakfast with some warm options (mainly egg & sausages).
Lots of pastries savoury and sweet.
If looking to do the tourist sites there are more convenient hotels near the old city.

"The hotel's amenities were pleasant overall, and the staff was great. However, the room lacked a luggage rack. The small, dimly lit pool located underground was a bit disappointing. On the plus side, the compact gym was sufficient, and the sauna was a nice touch. The hotel's location allowed for easy walks to nearby restaurants. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide selection of options."

Gutes modernes Hotel.

Гуль Г. Добрый вечерThe hotel is overpriced for the quality of service provided. The staff seemed unprofessional and lacked attentiveness. The sauna experience was particularly frustrating – despite requiring individual sign-ups, it never felt private, as people kept coming in and out without regard for others. By the way handle in bathroom, room 601 is still not fixed since September of last year. Overall, not a relaxing or well-managed stay. Wouldn’t recommend.

This is quite a basic Premier Inn style of hotel. Sleep is disturbed by tour parties arriving and departing during the night, as well as the dog barking and the cock crowing. Room 601 only had 1 chair for 2 people, and the door handle to the bathroom just falls off. Room 511, where we also stayed, the window does not shut properly. Towels feel like old worn out nappies, and the room may not be serviced until late afternoon. Replenishment is also spasmodic. Some receptionists very helpful, others not. The room safe is above the fridge, so it gets very hot inside. Best not to put anything with a battery in it. Breakfast is adequate, but the hot food is cold. No English menu available, and the translation not very good, so we ate out. Way out from the city centre, so you are best using the metro, which is cheap and easy, but quite a long walk away.

Im staying at the element hotel from the 03rd February until 16th February 2024.
Really great hotel..for everything from the services ,and just walking distance surrounding by restaurant,market,atm,pharmacy and shopping mall ( mega planet)..
The breakfast everyday with different menu + don't forget to try the hotel Laundry services are excellent and reasonable price.

It was very clean and good area, the staff is very good and kind, they keep smiling and there behavior is very good especially Bekzod and jakhongir, I really recommend this hotel to anyone, a unique experience, I look forward to trying it again.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever been too. From all aspects, service, comfortable stay, rooms, breakfast, etc… it is amazing. I highly recommend people to stay at this hotel and to visit this country. It has an amazing people. Between all my trips, Uzbekistan 🇺🇿 is most enjoyable experience I had in my life. The Uzbek people are too good to be true. They have great hospitality by their nature, willing to help to an unbelievable extent. I really loved this country.
