Limpieza aceptable, pero el hotel es viejo y no muy acogedor. El personal no esta bien entrenado para procesar el pago y emitir facturas.

A fantastic find
Pros:

This was a last minute booking, as my travel plans had changed. I can only say absolutely positive things about this establishment. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast offered an appetising selection. Above all, the staff was professional, friendly, and ready to assist in any question or requirement.

A truly dreadful experience. Room wasn’t cleaned, tv didn’t work, breakfast was appalling and no wifi. Staff rude and didn’t speak English.

Lovely new hotel in the center of Tashkent
Pros:

It was good news that I could find a good hotel with cozy rooms in the center of the city during the high season. My guest was amazed, and mentioned that wishes to stay in this hotel next visits to Tashkent. As an representative of my guest I liked the level of service. Reception staff very attentive and supportive. Location is good, all You need is near to the hotel. High recommended if You want to stay in the center of the city with adequate rate per night.
