Научить девушку на ресепшене общаться вежливо, и обучить мягкому тону и хорошим манерам.
Pros:

Завтраки и большая комната на двоих. Шумоизоляция хорошая, вай фай работает стабильно. Завтраки вкусные, персонал на 6 этаже очень милые и отзывчивые.

Cons:

Номер пахнет сыростью и высокая влажность, футболку повешала в ванной высыхать, на утро она впитала запах плесени и сырости. В ванной имеется запах то ли канализации, то ли сырости, окна не смотрят куда-то, какой-то темный забор, невозможно открыть окно и проветрить комнату. Освещение темное.

A very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

An excellent four-star hotel, just five minutes from the city centre by taxi, which is very affordable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers great value for money.

Cons:

My only suggestion would be regarding breakfast. It would be great to have espresso coffee included or at least more coffee machines available. Unfortunately, only filter coffee is currently offered, and it was often unavailable.
Finally, I would recommend replacing or upgrading the towels, as they are quite worn, faded and rough.

Хорошо расположенный и приятный отель, но полноценную оценку проживания дать не могу, так как не оставался в нём на ночь
Pros:

Удобное расположение недалеко от станции метро «28 May», железнодорожного вокзала и торгового центра. Отель производит приятное впечатление, внутри чисто и аккуратно.

Cons:

Фактически я не ночевал в отеле, поэтому не могу объективно оценить комфорт номера, шумоизоляцию и завтрак. За время короткого пребывания существенных недостатков не заметил.
