Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut.

Cons:

Leider wurde nirgends erwähnt das in der Ramadan Zeit kein Frühstück gibt, da dies eins der Auswahlkriterien war. Auf Nachfrage wurde dies unhöflich als selbstverständlich abgetan. Dies ist in den meisten Hotels auch in anderen muslimischen Ländern nicht der Fall.
Das Zimmer wurde in 8 Tagen 2 mal gereinigt. Toilettenpapier wurde nur auf Nachfrage nachgefüllt. Fragen wurden oft genervt beantwortet und wenig Interesse gezeigt einem wirklich zu helfen. Dies ist in anderen Hotels in Beirut, die deutlich günstiger sind anders.

An exclusive welcoming stay in Beirut
Pros:

I didn't have breakfast there because we had it at our conference. But they added coffee and tea to our room. We were supposed to check in at 3:00 pm; however, we arrived at 10:00 am, and they were kind enough to upgrade our room in less than 30 minutes. Extremly polite and wonderful staff. I would definitely choose this hotel every time I am in Beirut. They are central to everything. It was within walking distance to the Zaitona Bay, Alhamra Street, and the AUB was only 7 minutes away.
