إقامة رائعة في هذا الفندق. المكان مريح وحيوي، والأجواء فيه ممتازة. طاقم الاستقبال ودود جدًا ومتعاون، وسريع الاستجابة لجميع الطلبات. أي شيء تحتاجه يصلك خلال دقائق، كما أنهم يحرصون على الاطمئنان على النزلاء وتقديم المساعدة في كل ما يحتاجونه. كانت تجربة مميزة، وأنصح بالإقامة فيه بكل تأكيد.

بصراحة لم أواجه أي شيء سلبي خلال إقامتي. كانت التجربة ممتازة، والخدمة سريعة، والموظفون متعاونون وودودون، وكل احتياجاتي تمت تلبيتها باهتمام.

Pros:

The staff were very accommodating , this hotel is right in the middle of al hamra which is great hub that has so many services , the rooms are pretty good . i had a sweet room with 2 acs in it and 1 king bed . 2 tvs , a fridge, an electric cooker , a cattle and a microwave . the room was perfect.

what i liked the most? if u have a car they have a great car entry right into the reception and car services .

From the moment i entered the hotel, the staff are smiling and welcoming, the reception upgraded my room for free .. welcome drinks were served , the room was comfy and the reception people were so helpful, specially Mr Ramy .. he is so professional and kind .. i would visit this hotel again and again and again ..
