Comfortable Hotel with great staff
Pros:

I’m impressed with the spacious room with comfortable bed and sofa. The staff is kind and honest. When the room isn’t cleaned up, he takes care of the matter to send the towel to my room straightaway.

Cons:

Ideally, the temperature of shower could be higher and wifi is stable in the evening when the network is congested.

Great facilities in a time of war

The location, the cleanliness, the courteous and helpful staff especially jouanna who was extremely helpful in accomodating all of our needs.

Cons:

Unfortunately my stay happened during the period when the south of lebanon is ravaged by the bombardements. A lot of the occupants were families who were forced out of their homes and were staying at the hotel. Kids needed to play at all times so the noise was sometimes unbearable. But i understood that tis was not the hotel fault and the staff tried to keep order at the hotel as much as possible.
