I would not recommend this place. I left a night early knowing I would lose a paid for night.
Pros:

The staff were friendly enough, except for telling me no alcohol was allowed to be consumed on the premises. Never heard of that in a hotel before!

Cons:

The room was right on the road side with bright street lights that shone through the thin curtains all night. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever attempted to sleep on. It had a a big dip in the middle which feeling like all the support had gone from underneath the middle. The pillows were rock hard. The noise of street traffic was came through the thin windows with ease. The shared bathroom looked like something out of an 80s horror film.

Los tomacorrientes viejos y en mal estado.
Solo había en uso un baño para todo el hotel.
Falta mucha limpieza en los baños.

Het verblijf was prima. Maar ik zou het niet aanraden. Je moet veel meer geld betalen dan online wordt aangegeven!
Er zijn veel betere opties in La Paz.

Cons:

Helaas als je in cash wilt betalen vragen ze veel meer geld. Dus dan kan je in dollars betalen via hun link. Helaas gaf hun link een foutmelding aan bij het betalen en hebben we per ongeluk twee keer betaald. Helaas wilt het hotel hier verder niet aan meewerken en geven ze aan dat het onze fout is. Jammer dat ze niet meewerken want daardoor hebben wij geen fijne gevoelens richting dit hotel.

- wir konnten erst 20Minuten nach der offiziellen Check-In Zeit einchecken weil das Zimmer noch nicht geputzt war.
- am Check-Out Tag war ich ich krank (Lebensmittelvergiftung) und musste morgens zum Arzt. Ich sagte der Rezeptionistin, dass wenn wir vor der Check-Out Zeit (11:30h) zurück seien, wir nochmals ins Zimmer wollen um weiter auszuruhen. Als wir um 10:30 zurückkamen, hatte die Putzfrau bereits begonnen unser Zimmer zu putzen und die Rezeptionistin behauptete, ich hätte gesagt ich wolle ab 10:30 nicht mehr ins Zimmer (was überhaupt keinen Sinn machte - ich wollte je aufgrund Krankheit extra möglichst lange im Zimmer bleiben). Das war richtig dreist und respektlos.

Cons:

No les recomiendo no respetan la tarifa, llegas al lugar te cobran en dólares no al oficial si no al precio que establecen ellos pese que en la aplicacion da las dos opciones, culpan a la aplicación que son ellos los q ponen el precio no emiten la factura sobre eso quieren hacer un costo aparte, pésimo no les recomiendo para nada
