Buena relación calidad-precio en un hotel muy agradable.
Pros:

Lo confortable de las habitaciones. Habia mucha tranquilidad a pesar de estar en un lugar centrico. Dormimos delicioso. El hotel muy bonito, ideal para llegar a descansar despues de un día de turismo activo.

Cons:

La idea de poner el lavatorio dentro de la zona de ducha no fue agradable. Una vez te bañabas y te alistabas y entraras con los zapatos sucios, eso era un desastre.

Great for 1 night
Pros:

The decoration and size of the bathroom are really nice. The staff is also very friendly amd accommodating.
The location is good, but not very close to the old town.

Cons:

There was no lift, so we had to carry 2 big luggages up 3 floors. Also, there was no hairdryer in the entire hotel.
There was no room/space in the room for our luggage. It was very cramped, especially with our luggage open.

The hotel to go to for sure in San Juan! Will be surely be mine for now on.
Pros:

Everything! Everyone was so nice and helpful including when I booked the wrong month. They graciously changed the date!

Cons:

Nothing! The room was fabulous! I didn’t like the 3 flight of stairs to get luggage up but they helped bring luggage up so not a problem

Cozy, clean, with an easy check in process!
Pros:

I was travelling alone and arrived in the evening, the hotel was only about 15 minutes from the airport and check in was very straight forward. Having the door codes made it easy in case there wasn’t anyone there.

The staff was super friendly and gave great recommendations. The bed was comfy, the shower was warm, and everything was spotless!

Cons:

No complaints. It was great for a night in between airport and taking the ferry in the morning to Culebra!

I would stay there again, if they could have the temperature tolerable.
Pros:

We liked the property and the staff and the room was clean and close to the cruise port

Cons:

The only complaint we have is it was freezing in our room. I’m not someone who is typically cold, but I slept fully clothes under blankets with gloves on and that was even after we pushed the AC up to 77. My only complaint was the temperature

My wife and I were very happy to get out of the place after 2 days.
Pros:

I liked the staff and the cleanliness of the room with the exception of the floor and I liked the shower

Cons:

There was no elevator, there was no phone in the room to contact the front desk, there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom, there was no place for your luggage, there was only a 3 foot hanging rod to hang your clothes, the toilet was about 1 foot away from the wall making it very difficult to sit down and get up, there were no maps of the area to show you where to find a restaurant, market, beach,etc.
