It was nice but there is room for improvement.
Pros:

The Location is closer to pretty much everything in San Juan. The room was nice and clean. The staff was excellent, answered all my questions.

Cons:

I didn't like the pay parking which it is farther away from where it used to be a year ago. Also there are no places to eat breakfast that can be consider close by.

Pros:

The common areas were excellent. Room very clean. Area is close to restaurants and museum of art. The staff was wonderful.

I wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great.
Cons:

The place is modern and nicely decorated but there was something lacking that i can’t pinpoint. First there’s no food on site at all. And also, The room was small, the bathroom was very small. I could not control the temperature of the A/C, i was freezing the whole time. The location was not great, quite far from everything. The area seemed kind of dodgy.

Pros:

Ubicación estupenda, cerca del metro de la parada de bus etc. La verdad me gustó este hotel sin duda volvería, los chicos de recepción son maravillosos, Lynn es muy amable nos ayudo con un taxi. Y Jared nos permito hacer el cheking a las 2 pm, ya q llegamos cansados del viaje.

Cons:

No me gusto que en 3 noches no nos limpiaron la habitación. Por lo demás todo genial.

Great short stay hotel
Pros:

The ease of checking in. The staff! Very clean and newly renovated

Cons:

Rooms are small for two guest with luggage for a week but manageable for an overnight stay. There is no where really to unpack if you stay more than a couple of nights.

Value great for a one night stay!
Pros:

It’s modern decor and looks to be newly renovated. Clean and staff is amazingly helpful and accommodating. You can hear the outside traffic in the room but if you are a light sleeper they do supply ear plugs.

Cons:

No elevator but the steps to the upper floor were big enough to get luggage up the stairs rather easily. They did offer for the staff to help get our luggage to our room if needed.

HOTEL CORRECTO
Pros:

EL hotel es correcto. la habitacion tambien esta bien y la cama es comoda pero el baño depende de habitaciones. en otra ocasion conte con una baño grande pero en esta era "di mi nu to" . Tambien tiene el problema que no tiene ascensor y los escalones son muy altos. si viajas para varios dias solo es el inconveniente al entrar y salir y no molesta tanto peor para un solo dia es una incomodidad que recuerdas.
el personal, que aunque solo esta en ciertas horas, es muy amable.

Cons:

En este caso el baño. No hay desayuno excepto cafe y pasta en el ultimo piso que solo por subir ya no lo haces
