Overall I like the stay there

One the room was nothing like the picture and 2 I only hade 1 bath towel for 3 people & 3 I only hade 1 garbage bag in the garbage and 1 bathroom tissue in the room .. I hade to buy garbage bags 2 bathrooms towels bathroom tissue for the room the oh and the floors was not clean this place was TERRIBLE NEVER AGAIN….

Made reservations for 8 nights, reason being family vacation with kids. I chose the place because of location (I grew up in the area), and price in relation to amenities offered. However once I arrived I discovered a few things were not as advertised at the website. For starters, the parking. The place has 8 rooms and only 4 parking spots. The day of check in I received an email informing me of this and that spaces were first come first served. Parking is a big issue in Boqueron specially on weekends. 3 nights, including my check in date I did not have parking, could not find a spot close enough (with kids) and I had to stay overnight with friends and family. Second, they advertise themselves as pet friendly, that is also not the case. They have signs all around the building stating that pets are not allowed. The room did not have a coffee maker as advertised so I was on the hunt for breakfast every morning there. Pros: very close to the water, the room was clean, beds were comfy, good water pressure and working AC. I would say that if u r on your own and wanna stay a night or 2 on a non weekend this is the place for u. But as I previously mentioned not so good for families, weekends and if u r expecting to have a parking space nearby.

Excelente ubicación. Tiene varios restaurantes a solo pasos del hotel. Nos encantó el lugar.

Lo unico que no gusto fue que hay ocho cuartos y solo cuatro estacionamientos. The only bad is just four parkings for eight rooms.

Overall experience was good. Check in process was perfect. Cleanliness of the room was poor. Dead roaches on the corners of the room. Bedclothes were yellowing and smell really bad. Pillows were flat and very uncomfortable. Housekeeping lady was weird needs to improve her guests service skills. Not a good place to stay.
