Walkable from beach, the room was pretty and the staff was very helpful.

The property itself was nice. Problems were the the room described having two Queen beds when in reality were Full size (my husband being 6’2” had his feet hanging over the edge but he didn’t complain, but a deciding factor when looking for a hotel was the size of the bed), the toilet seat had a broken bolt so was dancing around as you used the bathroom and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers were not working. Nothing that we couldn’t live with for a night and we’d brought our own soaps etc. Since we arrived late and left to go to the beach early the next day we just went ahead with our plans. The bed also just has a fitted sheet and then the comforter on top which is a strange set up without the regular flat sheet in between and honestly kind of scratchy. When making the booking nothing said we needed to bring our own so I have to think this is intentional though I cannot imagine why.

Las facilidades estan muy bonitas y limpias. Todo organizado y acojedor. El problema fue el aire acondicionado. No enfriaba, llame a la persona y me dijo que lo apagara y lo prendiera, se hizo y no enfriaba. Le escribi un mensaje luego a la persona y no contesto. Mas adelante la llame para solicitar asistencia y no contesto. Cuado logra funcionar y enfriar, nos acostamos y a eso de la 1am, volvio a dejar de enfriar. Dormimos con calor. 1 solo aire para el apartamento con dos cuertos. Los cuartos tienen unos abanicos para que entre aire a los cuartos, pero tuvimos que acostarnos con la puerta abierta. Al otro dia envio otro mensaje temprano, a eso de las 8.30am y no es hasta las 12.30pm que me escriben que lamentan lo sucedido, que esperaban que se hubiera solucionado con el pasar de las horas. Antes de irme, se logro que enfriara gracias a un video de YouTube.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb property, and unfortunately, my experience was not as expected. The cleanliness of the space was subpar, with dirty dishes and bed clothes. Additionally, communication with the host was challenging, as my inquiries went unattended for an extended period. The pool was dirty and not cleaned until our last night. There was no gas for the stove. Too much noise from the street. These issues significantly impacted my overall satisfaction with the stay. The host offered a "small" refund for the inconvenience, but after inquiries, nothing was settled.

La cerradura era electronica, funciono solo al momento de llegar, luego sali en la noche y al regresar no quiso abrir, talvez problemaa de baterias, llame en varias veces mas de 15 ocasiones y nadie me respondio en horaa de la madrugada. Adicional tuve que dormir en mi auto, y no pude ir porque mis pertenencias estaban dentro. Al amanecer intente nuevamente y abrio lentamente, saque mis cosas y me fui.

This was advertised as a hotel, but it's more like a self serve short term apt rental. Their website says they have 24/7 service and English/Spanish speaking help. They do not. We "checked in" at 8pm, and couldn't find any office or reception. When we finally found someone to help, they showed us to the room, but didn't give us a key to the room or a code to the door. They also didn't tell us any information, just left us in the room (where to park, wifi info, etc.). This may have been a language barrier issue (again, they advertised English and Spanish), but the person didn't even attempt to tell us any information. I tried to email the address on the website to ask how we are supposed to lock our room, and didn't receive a response (still!) The next day, I had to track down someone to ask how to lock our room and how to use the wifi. Again, if this was a self serve rental who just emailed us all the information ahead of time so we could check ourselves in, this wouldn't have been as much of an issue. But why say you have a reception when you don't? The property was fine and the pool/outdoor was very nice, but I was just overall very disappointed in the lack of communication and non existent service.
