My wife and I enjoyed this property for it's simplicity, coziness, cleanliness, spaciousness and feel. The property is situated within walking distance to coffee shops, bars, restaurants, grocieries, and minutes away from the downtown scene.
The property owners provide a great myriad of kitchenware, towels and blankets. All in all a great place. I do recommend more than a 3 day stay to really enjoy the area and property (we stayed 5 nights).

our stay at APT was great. uber’s were readily available in this area, playa del pueblo and ocean park beach were a short walk away along with restaurants. there was an incident across the street one day but we left the area and didn’t really know what happened. communication with the ‘virtual concierge’ was prompt and whenever we had questions, needed towels or assistance, someone responded in a timely manner. when we visit PR next time, we would consider staying here again.

I would have rated excellent if there were dressers in the unit. i dont understand why they rent a place with no where to put your clothes for the 6 days we were there. Also there were 2 beds and only 1 comforter.

My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay at APT this past week! We loved how close in proximity it was to grocery stores and food spots, and also how close it was to the excursions that we booked. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to all of our needs. The only issue that we ran into within our first two days of being there, was the appearance of gnats in our kitchen, bathroom, and one of the bedrooms. Though the appearance of gnats in this specific weather climate is inevitable, a member of staff came by to spray the affected areas. All in all, I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Puerto Rico!!!

Pros:

Big space, okay street, but close enough to main streets in Condado. My main issue is wifi outage, front door broken, lack of front desk/difficulty coordination of handy man, leak in kitchen sink, and leak in bedroom. Customer service was very accommodating however for the price paid I expected better conditions.

I like the location being close to airport, old San Juan, and right next to the beach. The property has the vibes of Puerto Rico, not anything like a boring hotel room. Excellent customer service. No complaints

The fridge leaked inside, the stovetop area was too small so it made it hard to use both burners at the same time because the pots & pans would turn off the stove & need new pans.it would also be nice to add some screens to the sliding door to get some air flow without inviting the mosquitos in.other than that it was really nice.

The property was amazing, comfortable, and clean. The overall aesthetic of the apartment was beautiful and simple. We enjoyed the rainfall shower as well as the outdoor shower on the balcony. The water temperature and pressure was just right.
