Remote location, rather disappointing room quality
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The yard and the pool looked nice.

Cons:

The property is located among rice fields hence rather complicated to reach (both by car or on foot, especially after sunset). Nearest restaurants and shops are a 15-20 min walk away.
The room was very spacious, but not very clean... We found piles of dead bugs in the bathroom and lizards were quite an occasional guest in our room. Also, plumbing system was making weird noises one night, shower pressure was not very stable as well. After one of our lizard encounters the staff offered us to change rooms - the new room while a bit smaller was definitely cleaner and overal nicer, compared to the original one.

Clean place and friendly stuff but no restaurant/ food option, almost no shops around - quite a long walk to Ubud.
Pros:

Rooms looked good, they got cleaned everyday, option to rent a scooter

Cons:

There was no restaurant or any other food option in the hotel (even tho it was said on booking.com). There were also no(!) restaurants close by. The closest was around a 15min walk through the rice fields. The hotel was not possible to find via Maps as it is called different than on booking.com - the real name is Pondok Ayu Soca

Excellent long term or short tern stays.
Pros:

Love that it was only a ten minute ride away from everything, so you had the feeling you could be in the middle of no where yet close enough to everything.
Cute pool for relaxing days.
Friendly staff.

Cons:

Need more sunbeds around the pool.
Bed was uncomfortable so they replaced it immediately.

If the aircon would not made me sick it would be brilliant
Pros:

The garden, the quiet location and the staff.

Cons:

The fact that I am still sick of the airco filter not being replaced and experience covid flu. Not cool at all.
