Palihouse Hyde Park Village is a truly unique boutique hotel. The lobby bar and lounge is the perfect place to unwind. Their high quality cocktails never miss. I highly recommend trying the espresso martini - it’s truly crafted to perfection, and in my opinion, is the best in the city.
Manager Brendan Perry goes above and beyond in terms of care and hospitality, ensuring that every guest has a seamlessly enjoyable experience that they’ll remember for years to come.
There is truly no place like Pali.
La posizione: Hyde park é un quartiere stupendo! Lo stile assolutamente perfetto in ogni aspetto: elegante e funzionale! Camera per 5 comoda e piacevole da vivere. Valet molto puntuale.
Ne abbiamo amato ogni particolare
Palihouse delivers an exemplary hotel experience on so many levels!
I have stayed here multiple times, and will always come back to Palihouse!
I love the gorgeous and impeccably clean rooms that remind me of a bed and breakfast in France!
There is crisp bedding that smells like lavender, Smeg refrigerators with a diverse selection of drinks, and a basket of yummy snacks.
Fluffy towels and a shower that feels like a tropical rain! Robes and slippers were at the ready.
Then there’s the service.
Brendan the GM engages with all his guests, and always makes spot on restaurant recommendations, as well as fun things to do while in Tampa.
Chris the front desk agent was professional and followed up twice to make sure I had everything I needed.
Jet, the friendly and kind bartender made the most incredible lattes in the morning, and Dave the engineer saw me in the hallway and made sure all was well with my room.
The Hyde Park location is one of a kind, with lots of high end shops and restaurants that cater to everyone.
I travel often to Tampa, and Palihouse Hyde Park Village is my home away from home.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Palihouse. The staff were friendly, prompt and helpful. The decor throughout the hotel and room were calm yet inviting. I could go on and on about how much I loved my room, it was clean and accommodating. You can not beat the location and price point of the hotel. Everything you may want and need is right outside, choose if you want to go left or right. I did not get a chance to check out the amenities but I am looking forward to staying here again and I would highly recommend.
The crew here insures a great relaxing stay. Thank you Ben for the coffee!!!
Will be back soon.
Thank you,
Steve S.

Phenomenal design, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and friendly, welcoming upon arrival. One of the best showers of my life, the bathroom fixtures are top notch!
Want a little perfectly placed, perfectly curated, upscale bungalow in the heart of Hyde Park? I have been in the hotel business for 40 years and this collection of unique properties has the perfect pitch and tone for a couple traveling together and looking for the ease of walking out of your room into the magic of Hyde Park.
Palihouse is a unique, personal hotel in Hyde Park Village. It’s has old world charm, with a contemporary , classic flair. Bar/ breakfast area is comfortable with very good food and choices. Bartenders were personable, kind and welcoming as were most staff. The manager, Brendan was supportive, accommodating and friendly. The hotel is in a terrific location and we look forward to returning.
Don’t waste your time at this hotel…I don’t typically write reviews but I am after this stay. We only book high end hotels and after reviewing website/photos/reviews for this place that it would meet our standards. Boy was I wrong! Upon arrival, then bellman (more like bell-kid) was totally useless-he opened my husband’s door WHILE ON HIS PHONE! And proceeded to watch my husband load our luggage on the cart! While this was going on I went to checkin at the front desk & the worker wasn't even available. I had to yell for him to notice me behind a door, and during check-in he wasn’t cordial or welcoming in the least! We had 2 martinis at the bar that were mediocre. Our room tv channels didn’t display properly, & we kept hearing our noisy upstairs/next door neighbors due to the very thin walls. Won't ever stay here again & I highly suggest that anyone reading this to do the same….
The stay was fine. Front desk was friendly, room was nice - spacious and comfortable. But I had an event the evening of my stay and there were a number of issues that made getting ready quite challenging:
1.) Asked for an iron and ironing board at the front desk, but was only supplied an iron. You really need to supply ironing boards with an iron for guests to properly iron clothes. I had to make do using the bar counter top in my room. The iron was also filthy / rusty spewing dirt / rust all over my white dress shirt once the steam got going. I had to use bathroom towels and three refills of water to clean an incredible amount of dirt / rust out of the iron so that I could even use it. I understand there's a fabric steamer in the room, but it's not use for a dress shirt coming out of a suitcase after a day of travel.
2.) Soap dispenser was empty in the shower.
3.) There's a Nespresso coffee maker in the room but no coffee pods were supplied - just lavender tea pods or something like that. And I looked everywhere.
I could have called the front desk for all of these matters, but these are basic things one expects to not have to worry about when staying at a place like Palihouse.
Just supplying feedback - not going to publish this review online or anything.
I had an amazing stay! The staff was really nice and the accomadations are amazing. Great attention to detail. Will definitely stay again!
Great location. Amazing atmosphere and decorative feel for this boutique hotel. We were so impressed with the room. Parking is a bit limited but there is always valet. We will definitely stay again.
Found this neat boutique hotel in downtown Tampa and absolutely loved it. It was a weekend trip with my mother and sister, we loved all aspects of the hotel; the design, layout (both hotel and rooms), decor, ambience, low-volume through-out, courteous staff and cleanliness. The overall vibe was very neat and different and perfect for those looking for a hotel with a great stylish twist! We also had a wonderful experience and hands-on assistance with Hayden! He was fantastic, first class and 5-stars! Brandon was also great! Very informative of the hotel, the history and always helpful to our requests. A very kind gentleman! We look forward to staying there again during our next trip to Tampa!
Such a fun boutique hotel. Definitely our hotel now for Tampa visits!
Like the room and the bed. And a great area to walk around and explore the Bay Area.
Fabulous boutique hotel! The staff is attentive, caring, friendly and very accommodating.
The lobby is comfortable and inviting and the rooms are immaculate and charming.
Many thanks to Hayden, Clay and Jessie for making a tough trip much easier. We will see you again soon.
It was convenient, very pleasant, the staff was so friendly, and I really don't have any complaints. It was also extremely comfortable.
