The hotel is morden, clean with generous siE rooms.

Cons:

The staff at the reception and in the breakfast room are amazing and very helpful and courteous. The lady at the front desk was amazing and helped us with ordering food online and got it delivered to the hotel by calling them on our behalf. After check out, due to traffic issues we nearly missed our train to Tashkent and the lady at the front got us a taxi arranged and spoke to the driver herself in local language why it was critical for us to be dropped in time. By the way we had booked the cab ourselves and not through the hotel but she still went above and beyond to help us. I think she might be the co-owner of the hotel, unfortunately I forgot her name but she was super kind and helpful,. Guys, please keep up the good work and stay blessed.

Pros:

Staff is great, always willing to help and assist, hotel looks new but lack of blackout courtains, windows/doors do not seal well so room can be very cold at night, 20 mins walking to city center.
