Odada halılar çok temiz değildi, misafirler tırnaklarını kesmişler ama temizlenmemişti tırnak kesikleri vardı.

We left the hotel after one night and booked another hotel. The hotel was full of mothers and children from Kazakhstan. We were the only guests who did not belong to this group. The children were playing in the corridors and making Tiktok videos without supervision until after midnight. Sleep was out of the question. The hotel staff were unfortunately overworked. Various items were the next day no longer available at the breakfast buffet. Including milk for the coffee. We left the hotel after one night. Unfortunately, we were unable to find a solution as the manager (Abbas) made us empty promises over the phone and the man at reception couldn't speak English.

The hotel is very good. It's not in the downtown, but price/quality are unbeatable. Good and various breakfasts, the gym and a pool made my stay there very comfortable. I stayed there for 2 weeks! Highly recommended.
(The only thing i would advise changing is the work hours of the gym and the temperature there (26-26C is the t f for a stroke, not for a work out:-) )
Good looking hotel. Staff was helpful. Swimming pool water was dirty. And they decided to clean it.....it took several days, so we didn't have a chance to enjoy it. Mattresses in the room was hard. They Need to replace them for cushion ones. Breakfast was good. Always fruits, Always nuts. They offer Landry service. It was way to expensive!!😐 For a few items, in the regular shopping bag, they charge $20 !!

The hotel is in good location and major attractions are in 2-3 kms. radius. The staff of the hotel is also very cooperative. The rooms are also good in size and are clean. The hotel is newly built and has essential facilities. Would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable and well maintained.
We recently stayed at Hotel Frankfort Expo while visiting from New York, and it was fantastic! Our family of seven reserved three rooms, and the two connecting ones had balconies with stunning views of the Tashkent Television Tower—especially beautiful at night!
The staff were incredibly hospitable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was spotless, and the amazing pool was perfect for relaxing after our adventures around town.
