Pros:

Гостиница отличная. Завтрак был очень вкусным и полноценным. Отличная кровать. Мы попросили дополнительную кровать для ребенка, нам ее предоставили без проблем.

Excellent hotel dont le service pourrait être amélioré
Pros:

C'est un hôtel 5* discret qui coche beaucoup de cases sauf le service. Les chambres sont vastes et magnifiques mais il y a une baignoire à la place d'une véritable douche. Le lit est très confortable et le petit déjeuner tout à fait correct.

Cons:

Le check-in est une catastrophe, l'absence de personnel pour les valises est incompréhensible pour un hôtel de cette catégorie et comme je l'ai dit plus haut, la baignoire au lieu d'une véritable douche dans la salle de bain. Le style de l'hôtel est un peu ostentatoire cependant.

Качественный и комфортный отель
Pros:

Классические номера и персонал отеля сетевого уровня. Всё строго, прагматично, комфортно. При отеле имеется зона SPA и крытый бассейн с сауной и хаммамом. Отличнейший завтрак, удобное лобби с конференц-залом и кабинетом с ПК и принтером. Улица очень тихая, комфортная и рядом с деловым центром столицы.

Крутой отель с "хромающим" сервисом ресепшена.
Pros:

1. Отель и сам номер максимально комфортный.
2. Сауна, хамам и бассейн на высшем уровне.
3. Чистота в номере на 10 баллов из 10.

Cons:

1. Ресепшен- уровень гостеприимства на 7 баллов из 10, сервис сильно храмает.
2. Запросили ранний заезд (в описании заезд возможен по запросу), на запрос не ответили, по факту сообщили что ранний заезд платный. Я понимаю, что такие правила возможно, но в других отелях Узбекистана сотрудники выбирали лояльность, а не способ заработать на гостях деньги.
3. Сотрудники ресепшена не знают условия- сказали нам , что сауна, хамам и бассейн платные, позвали старшего менеджера- все бесплатно , не приятный осадок остался.

В целом прекрасный отель очень достойного уровня. Непременно вернусь сюда по возможности. Настоятельно рекомендую.

Отель отличный, расположение удобное.
Pros:

Отличный отель, красиво, современно. Хорошая спа зона, обязательно к посещению. Местоположение супер, рядом метро и близко к центру.

Cons:

Я заказала трансфер через отель, оплатила тройную стоимость, был ночной рейс и отель перепутал время прилета, встречали на сутки раньше. Мне пришлось снова заказывать и оплачивать. В итоге я заплатила 50 $ за такси, которое стоит 10$. И никто ничего не знает и крайних нет. В Ташкенте работает Яндекс GO, принимают любые способы оплаты. Не бейтесь заказывайте через приложение, такси очень дешевое!
В отеле никто не помог с багажом, тяжелые чемоданы, поднимали и спускали сами.
