Nice, europan style hotel, 8 minutes from Metro station. Flame(hotel) restaurant looks very stylish and food was ok.
We had early check out and we agreed with the recepction staff, that they will prepare some breakfast box, but when we were leaving, we didnt recieve anything.
Super hôtel, magnifiques chambres, idem pour les salles de bain ! La piscine est très sympa, mais en sous-sol. Magnifique salle de petit-déjeuner avec un buffet impressionnant. On peut aussi y déjeuner et y diner. L'équipe nous a proposer un super service (petit déjeuners à emporter car nous avions un train très tôt le matin). Lits grandes et très très confortable!
C'est difficile d'être bien placé à Tashkent, la ville est très grande et il n'y a pas de centre ville à proprement parlé, le mieux est de se déplacer en taxi, mais l'hôtel est à 10 min à pied d'une station de métro, ce qui est assez pratique.

Pessimo personale. Abbiamo chiesto una sveglia e non ci hanno svegliato; abbiamo chiesto di prenotare un taxi la mattina presto per la stazione e non lo hanno fatto. Abbiamo chiesto di consigliarci un ristorante tipico di cucina uzbeka e ci hanno prenotato un ristorante internazionale in un hotel moderno. L'impressione è che non parlassero bene l'inglese, ma comunque molto incompetenti.
