酒店位置设施不错，入住前与酒店邮件沟通，酒店也及时回复。早餐也丰富。

Pros:

The service was one of the best, the rooms were quite clean, and they had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Shops, cafes in the vicinity. Very close to the main station.

Cons:

The soundproofing isn't that good - you can hear everything in the corridor and neighbours too. Not close to the main sights.

Hidden gem in Samarqand
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel, nicely decorated and full of character. This is 5-star comfort at reasonable price, also conveniently located within walking distance to Samarqand train station. Premium supermarket and other restaurants are nearby. It is easy to reach the Registan by taxi.
The staff is also very helpful. As we arrived late in the evening, the manager organised a pick-up for us.
We warmly recommend the hotel for comfort, price and its special attention to guests.

Боже, данный отель жемчужина Самарканда! Лучшая моя находка! Это уникальный отель с изюминкой! Прекрасный, аристократичный, сверх уютный с прекрасным персоналом, которые отзывчивые, приветливые, доставку еды закажут если нужно, такси вызовут, всегда интересуется о твоем состояний! Завтраки шикарные, в ресторане всегда вкусная еда, которую можно заказать в любое время! Изюминка этого отеля это винный погреб-ресторан с собственным производства замечательных вин и коньяка! Сомелье Откур все расскажет про разных сортов вин и о производстве! Еще одно хочу подчеркнуть, это владелец отеля Хайдар, он удивительно-прекрасный человек, с прекрасной душой, гостеприимностью, он с утра до ночи сам находится в отеле, каждому проживающему чутко относиться! Расскажет все про Самарканд! Благодаря ему думаю отель превосходный с особенной аурой!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Belle surprise
Pros:

Déco avec beaucoup de goût, personnel très gentil et professionnel, bonne cuisine, très bon petit déjeuner, situation parfaite par rapport à la gare et le musée de l'histoire qui mérite d'être mieux connu. La cerise sur le gâteau : la cave.

Exceptional hospitality and perfect location
Pros:

The location is ideal, just a short walk from the train station, which is very convenient for travelers arriving or leaving by train. The staff were exceptionally kind, helped me store my backpack, and even offered to adjust the breakfast time when they learned I had an early departure. Couldn’t ask for more!

1A Hotel in Samarkand!
Pros:

Alles super! Ich war bereits Morgens vor der Check-In Zeit vor Ort. Da mein gebuchtes Zimmer noch nicht frei war wurde mir für die Zwischenzeit ein Ausweichzimmer angeboten. Super!!!
Zimmer waren sauber, Ausstattung gut, Service war sehr gut und mehrsprachig (auch ein deutschsprachiger).
Gerne wieder!!!

酒窖一般的精品酒店
Pros:

房间非常宽敞，装修陈设复古有品味，热水充足，硬件设施堪比五星级酒店。早餐选择不多，可能是客人较少原因。门口就是停车场，对开车的人很方便。

Cons:

离雷吉斯坦广场开车15-20分钟，大概5、6公里，对于游客来说，距离有点远了。

Гостиница выше всех похвал.
Приехали в 8 утра (рано прилетал самолет), заселили моментально (без доплаты).
Номер большой, чистый, уютный.
Вообще, вся гостиница сделана с душой. Очень красивый интерьер.
Хозяин гостиницы лично приходит каждое утро и проверяет работу персонала.
Гостиница имеет непосредственное отношегие к винодельне. В подвале гостиницы располагается хранилище с вином и чачей. Есть возможность провести дегустацию (за $). Очень атмосферное помещение.
Внизу и на каждом лестничном пролете висят картины/фотографии. Все украшено с душой и любовью.
Персонал очень внимательный и любезный.
В соседнем здании находится прокат а/м. Брали машину на прокат. Парковка у гостиницы вкл.в стоимость проживания. Персонал любезно подсказал самые атмосферные места в горах.
Завтраки вкусные, еда свежая. Фрукты очень сладкие.
Выезжали из гостиницы в 16.00. Хозяин гостиницы любезно сделал late check-out также без доплаты.
Вообще было ощущение, что приехали не в гостиницу, а к родственникам.
Было все по домашнему уютно и очень доброжелательно.
Когда будем в следующий раз в Самарканде - остановимся только здесь.
Здесь вам рады и встречают как родных.

It's my first time to Uzbekistan. The hotel and the staff have really made my trip very special.
Pros:

Firstly, it's so close to Samarkand train station which is about 8 minutes walk. Can't complain
Secondly, staff here are very friendly. They make me feel that they are family members (I have found out that they are not, but they really make me feel at home). They are very responsive to my request. When I reserved a room via the Booking.com, I asked a few questions about the transport arrangements. They replied to me swiftly and proactively.
Thirdly, it's really good for value. How can you stay in such a good 4-star hotel by paying only 28 euros a night including breakfast?! I know I stay during the so-called 'low season', but it's a good bargain.
One last point: the check out time is crazily late, which is midday! They even cook a breakfast for me when I wake up at 12pm. Can't believe it!

Cons:

Not really, but it is slightly away from the tourist hotspots and where the mosques are located. Yet, if you are willing to pay 2 or 3 euros for taxi, this should not be a problem. I simply walk from the hotel to Bibi Khanum mosque without problem.
