Pros:

到着予定時間をメール連絡しておいたせいか深夜でしたが到着時にエントランスでスタッフの方が待っていてくれた感じでした。感謝感謝。
広い部屋で予約したので、4人で泊まっても広さは申し分無しでしたが、L字型の部屋の隅に１台しかエアコンがなかったのですが、ベッドの位置によっては暑かったですが。
朝食はブッフェではなく一通り運んできてくれます。卵料理も選べましたが、団体はブッフェだったようなので、好きなものを取りに行けたほうが良かったです。
場所はタクシーならごく安い金額で観光地まで行ける位置なので便利でした。

Pros:

Hotel a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. La suite era immensa (2 bagni), con ampio salotto oltre alla stanza ed uno dei due bagni con vasca e doccia separata (presente anche il bidet). Colazione decisamente da migliorare!

Staff is very professional and extremely helpful in particular Sherzad

People in Bukhara are generally very fruendly and welcoming

Hotel is very well located at walking distance from most places to visit and restaurants

Room was comfortable, clean and spacious

We loved this hotel and will certainly visit again

Pros:

Very accommodating and honest. They allowed me to extend my stay past checkout by two hours (they probably would have given me another hour). For some reason they didn't charge me a city tax at the end of my stay either. I have no idea if it was because I tipped the concierge/bellboy or the cleaning lady. In addition to having on site breakfast, there is an eating establishment immediately next door which is like a restaurant / bar / club which I think caters to Russian tourists. They have good strong cocktails there.
