Pros:

Rooms were small but clean. Responsive staff. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Swimming pool was dirty and unused. Accommodation for accompanying driver was really bad. Unclean and full of mosquitoes. We had to let him sleep in our accommodation. Not that we minded it.

Excellent
Pros:

The rooms were spacious, the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. They have a nice balcony in all the rooms where one can just sit and enjoy the sun and breeze. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was quite good.

Cons:

I could not use the TV using the hotel wifi. I could make it work only with my mobile data.

Had a enjoyable trip to Pondy and Le Miami was good enough to relax🙂
Pros:

Rooms, facilities, staff, parking, swimming pool were good. Close to serenity beach and Auroville is comparatively close enough. Food quality is nice.

Cons:

Approach to the property through narrow lanes. A bit over prized.

I don’t repeat even for 50% of current price
Pros:

Just images on booking portal and google

Cons:

Rooms are dirty, balcony grills are not cleaned, and the lobby is poorly maintained. Only one side of the hotel looks presentable. The swimming pool is across the road, and

the approach is very bad, avoid if you’re coming by car. The walk to the beach via filthy areas with stray dogs. Not recommended.

It’s not worth for money….the rooms are shabby…we even had bathroom door with broken lock.Dining hall is too small to accommodate all guest during breakfast

It was good stay with few issues.
Pros:

The location of the property. Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

It can be better on the service side. Plates kept outside room picked up almost after 12 hrs. It does not look nice when you come back to the room and dirty plates are still there at the room door.
Also staff took the plates but didn’t clean the table we have to ask explicitly to clean it.
Restaurant is also very small , on 25th jan the restaurant is full right from 8 am to 10 am and we had to stand and eat the breakfast.

Overall good and nice to stay.
Pros:

Staff were really good and helping nature. They were cooperative. Security guard was also of helping nature.

Cons:

Food was too expensive at the restaurant. Based on the booking I thought there will be 2 double size bed but there was only 1 and one single size bed was given on arrival.

Location of the hotel

Cons:

The resort's website showcased beautiful pictures and described amenities that weren't reflected in reality. The service was subpar, and basic necessities like toiletries, hand wash, and towels were lacking in the washroom.

The restaurant had a major issue with flies hovering over the food, which made it difficult to enjoy meals. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited to fixed items, with no buffet spread available. Given the lack of choices and the unclean environment, it felt like the hotel needs to prioritize cleanliness and expand its breakfast options.

Notably, the swimming pool was located outside the campus, requiring us to cross premises to access it. Despite paying for a package, we had to request basic amenities separately, even for a child accompanying us.

One major issue was the reliance on WhatsApp for all room service and requests. With no telephones in the rooms, we had to communicate everything through WhatsApp, which caused significant delays. It would take around half an hour for requests to be fulfilled, and it felt like we were pleading for basic services. Given the advancements in technology, having a direct phone line to room service or reception would greatly improve the experience.

We understand that technology can enhance services, but relying solely on WhatsApp created unnecessary stress and hassle. Guests come to resorts seeking relaxation and enjoyment, not frustration. We hope you'll consider our feedback and make necessary improvements to your services, online representation, and communication systems.

Overall OK. value for money for a family or group.
Pros:

We got a two bedroom apartment, very good for family. Property ambience and location is good. Breakfast at Rs 300 is good value for money.

Cons:

Room cleanliness needs to be improved. Rooms lack sofa and chairs. one or two wardrobes in the rooms are desirable.
Swimming pool is very open next to the parking lot lacking privacy.
