Pros:

Room & staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good and tasty.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was good and reasonably priced but other al-carte items were priced exorbitantly high.

Better to Avoid even for a day

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

Dirtiest restaurant, poorly managed kitchen, tasteless food, Hundreds of domestic fly in Restaurant to accompany you while you eat. Room AC is not effective in pick summer. No intercom facility. You have to call on a WA number for anything. While AC wasn't working at around 9:15 at night, no one received calls made to the WA number provided and no one called back to find the purpose of call. Disgusting facility.

Cons:

Landline telephone should be there. No cleanliness in the rooms and balcony. Small cupboard. Breakfast should be improved. No control over drinking smoking and dress code for swimming pool. There s no spa and that should be removed from the name. One of the water bottles tasted like a tap water.

Good Beachside Resort with Swimming pool, however the cost is at higher end for stay and food.
Pros:

Breakfast has basic options like Idli, Vada, Pongal , Bread and Omlette.
Rooms - Rooms are neat.
Very close to Serenity beach (10 mins walk) and 20 mins drive to City center.
Swimming Pool - Water is good.
Car parking area is huge.

Cons:

Food - Ala Carte (for lunch and Dinner) rates are very high with very limited options, and for the quality of food. All options in Menu are not available. Should have more food options.
Swimming Pool - Dressing change rooms are very bad.
Toilet near swimming pool are very bad and unusable.
Our Room (family room) Bathroom , after heavy rain, had water seepage from ceiling and the bathroom drain out was slow and the water overflowed into the Room. Maintenance staff were immediately called upon to clean up and resolve the issue.

Very poor experience and below average experience
Pros:

Very poor maintained and property listing was inaccurate, swimming pool wasn’t monitored and cleaned with slits at the bottom. We could see lizards and frogs all around the room and very poorly managed.

Cons:

Entrance was very narrow and parking was opposite side of the road. The sheets and bed was murky and damp smell. The toilet was dimly lit and old. We were the only guests and property was deserted.

Food Quality was really good

Cons:

the glassy corridor which you pass through sometimes feels smelly due to severage lines passing just outside.

Some more facilities can be created to engage the Kids in the free plot opposite to property

Something should be done to let visitors find the property easily

Pros:

Spacious rooms. Adjacent property where the pool is present is huge. The team is courteous and are available whenever requested.

Cons:

The approach road is narrow and there was civil work going on. Limited food due to less occupancy and cooking gas availability. Breakfast was limited.No direct access to the beach but looks like they have a plan to create one. AC was not cooling to the extent needed, however they fixed it on the 3rd day.
