Acogedor y muy céntrico
Pros:

Muy céntrico, impecable limpieza, no falta detalle. Las camas son muy cómodas, baño muy bien equipado. Nos dieron facilidades para dejar las maletas.

Beautiful, clean, and brilliant location
Pros:

The location was amazing! It's just a 30 seconds walk from my favourite ice cream shop! The place was clean and quiet and the staff even allowed me to drop my bag early when I arrived into Santiago via the English Way, which was a relief.

Cons:

It's not a dislike just a disclaimer, that the top floor room has a slanted ceiling, so anyone over 5'4 should be careful to mind their head.

Buena ubicación, cerca de la catedral y rodeado de locales donde comer.

Cons:

Habitación sin armario, tiene una barra con perchas plantada en medio de la habitación. Vale para colgar, pero no tiene estanterías. Buena iluminación con 2 ventanas a la calle, la cual es estrecha.

Desde booking se contrató la estancia con desayuno pero el establecimiento no lo contemplaba segun me dijo el reponsable del check-in. Estoy pendiente que hagan el reembolso.

Lo mejor, la cama!!! Super cómoda!!
Pros:

La habitación era super cómoda y muy bonita, aunque nos dijeron que nos dejaban un detalle en el frigorífico y allí no había nada, pero por lo demás, genial

Es un alojamiento realmente fantástico, muy bonito, decorado moderno y con gusto, la ubicación es excepcional, el trato buenísimo, muy amables y pendientes, nos dejaron en la nevera bebida de cortesía… categoría de HOTEL

Por poner algo, a modo de sugerencia.
no había cápsulas de cafetera (tassimo). ya que lo tienen taaaan cuqui ese rincón de café con un hervidor de agua para infusiones y café soluble sería muy top !!

Pros:

El hostal es muy acogedor y tiene una perfecta ubicación. La habitación era muy cómoda y amplia, al igual que el baño, al que no le faltaba un detalle, desde cepillos de dientes hasta maquinillas de afeitar. También había antifaces y tapones para dormir, pequeñas cosas que ni imaginas que te vas a encontrar, pero hacen que te sientas como en casa.
Si vuelvo por Santiago, no dudaré en volver a alojarme en este lugar.

Totalmente reformado. Es un hostal, pero la habitación es calidad hotel 100%, me quedé gratamente sorprendido. Muy bonito, moderno y cómodo. La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro histórico de Santiago. Excelente relación calidad precio. Muy amables y profesionales.
