Leider keine gute Erfahrung
Pros:

Leider entsprach mein Aufenthalt in keiner Weise den Erwartungen, die durch die Beschreibung des „Luxury-Doppelzimmers“ geweckt wurden. Das Zimmer hatte lediglich ein kleines Fenster weit oben an der Decke, was kaum Tageslicht hereinließ. Der Toilettenpapierhalter war defekt, die Duschtüren schlossen nicht richtig, sodass nach dem Duschen der Boden nass war. Die Klimaanlage war extrem laut und ließ sich nicht regulieren – sie kühlte nur stark herunter, was sehr unangenehm war.

Besonders enttäuschend war auch der Service: Auf Rückfragen per E-Mail wurde nicht reagiert. Trotz frühzeitig übermittelter Daten wurde die Rechnung am Ende falsch ausgestellt.

Insgesamt leider keine Empfehlung – Preis und Leistung stehen hier in keinem Verhältnis.

Reinfall - kein Business Hotel
Pros:

Luxery Doppelzimmelzimmer im Hotel Medina Town gebucht und folgendes Feedback:

- Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen mehrspurigen Straße mit entsprechendem Lärmpegel
- Personal spricht teilweise gar kein Englisch
- Zimmer und Service entsprechen und erfüllten nicht meine Erwartungen
- hoher Lärmpegel durch anderen Gäste die zwischen den Zimmern spaziert sind
- Mängel und Schäden im Zimmer sollten behoben werden, bitte Bilder anschauen
- Hotel war nicht in der Lage eine korrekte Rechnung auszustellen, obwohl eine Visitenkarte geteilt wurde
- meine Bitte nach Wattepads und Kleenexbox wurde in den 3 Tagen nicht erfüllt, was bei einem Luxery Doppeltzimmer Standard sein sollte
- nur 4 Kleiderbügel im Zimmer, was selbst für eine Einzelperson zu wenig ist
- Bügeleisen weist offensichtliche nur notdürftige geklebte Schäden auf

Pros:

Très bel établissement, neuf, mobilier de qualité et un restaurant sur le toit (confortable et bon).
Petit bémol, l’hôtel est positionné directement sur une des principales artères routières de la ville. Peu d’activités aux alentours.
Le petit-déjeuner mériterait d’être amélioré (pas de buffet).
