This hotel is very outdated. The bathroom was in bad condition. The bed is super uncomfortable. Had a very bad time staying there.

本当にひどいホテルでした。2人でシングルルーム2部屋を2泊予約し、チェックインの時間が遅くなるとメッセージとeメールで伝えても何の返答もなく、到着したらツインルーム1部屋しか用意できないと言われました。部屋代の差額の返金を交渉したら「マネージャーと相談する」と言ったきり翌日の担当者に引き継ぎもありません。2泊目はシングルルーム2部屋が用意されましたが、片方の部屋にエアコンが無く、部屋を替えてもらったら「昨日分の差額でアップグレードした」と問題をすり替えてきました。最終的に料金の差額はエクスペディアの厚意でポイント付与という形で解決してもらえましたが、時間も労力も無駄にかかりました。
また、設備面も最悪で、そもそも部屋がぼろぼろに古い上に、ポットがない、ドライヤーがない、タオルが生乾きと、いちいちお願いしないといけませんでした。絶対にやめたほうがいいです。ロビーと朝食は価格なりの合格点です。

지하철역이나 큰 도로에서 한 블럭(걸어서 7-8분) 정도 안쪽이라 처음엔 외져보였는데 몇번 다니다보니 안전하고 거리고 금새 적응이 되었어요. 리셉션 직원들이 친절하고 요청사항에 대해 적극적으로 도움을 주려고 최선을 다하십니다. 3명이라 패밀리룸(킹베드2, 싱글베드1) 예약했는데 여기에 킹베드 하나가 있는 방을 커넥팅룸으로 만들어서 업그레이드 해 주었어요. 덕분에 엄청 넓은 공간을 사용해서 편안하게 지냈습니다. 우즈베키스탄 첫 여행에 첫 숙소라 걱정이 많았는데 호텔 체크인하면서 긴장이 많이 해소되었어요. 조식도 맛있어서 음식 입맛에 안맞을까 걱정했던 것도 싸악 사라지게 만들어주었던 고마운 호텔입니다.

Pros:

Conveniently located hotel loved by huge tourist groups. Exceptionally friendly staff. Somewhat soulless breakfast with a microwave to heat up food that appears to be freshly cooked yet always cold.

여러번 이용했는데 이번이 제일 좋았어요.
청소도 매일 해줬고요. 아침식사는 늘 좋았습니다.
그런데 거주지등록 날짜가 정확하게 되어 있지 않아서 출국할 때 어려움이 있었습니다. 종이 거주증을 출력해 달라고 해서 소지하기를 추천합니다.
