Great location, awesome hospitality.
Pros:

Ideal if you need to catch an early morning train, it takes about 5 minute to walk to the platform. On the question of proximity to the train station - you can hear faint sounds of trains from your room but it is quieter than if you lived next to a street with car traffic (btw, no car traffic next to the Old Station Hotel). The staff went out of their way to meet all my wants and needs. For example, provided breakfast at 4:30 am even though officially breakfast starts at 7 am, which by the way included crepes with sweet cheese among other delicious things, and the coffee was good too.

Cons:

I rated room lighting lower than other categories because the bright light of the air conditioner display, when other room lights were off at night. No big deal though.

Pros:

Отель отличный, ремонт новенький, было тепло, а мы были зимой. Все принадлежности зубные щетки, шампунь, кондиционер, мыло было в наличии. Расположение отличное, от вокзала 2 минуты пешком и до центра удобно добираться. Уборка номера каждый день. Спросили ко скольки подать завтрак, чтоб было все свежее и горячее. Завтрак отличный, яичница, сыр, колбаса, овощи, йогурт, блинчики, сырки и т.п. На второй день у нас был поезд утром и мы решили не идти на завтрак, а подольше поспать, с вечера предупредили, что не будем завтракать, но перед отъездом нам все равно дали с собой завтрак и мы покушали в поезде. Спасибо огромное персоналу за заботу.
Очень доброжелательный персонал, очень приятные и вежливые люди. В следующий раз обязательно тут же остановимся.

Pros:

기차역에서 몹시 가까워서 좋아요. 친절하고 청결해요. 건물이 아마 소비에트 시절 역사나 우체국 부속건물인듯. 천정 높고 나름 고풍스럽습니다.

Cons:

역시나 기적소리가 삐~하고 들리고 진동으로 침대가 드르르 떨려요. 예민하시면 힘드실 수 있어요.
조식이 너무 차가워요. 우유에 끓인 귀리죽이 있긴한데 워머없이 남비에 담겨있어서 미지근하고 키피도 컵을 예열하지않아서 금방 식어요.

Pros:

駅から近く移動に便利。夜中の1時に鉄道でサマルカンド駅に到着してすぐにチェックインできた。トラム駅も近くて旧市街のアクセスもいい。帰りも早朝の鉄道移動だったがすぐにチェックアウトできた。

Cons:

向かいにインド料理レストランがあって夜中までやっていて明るく、客が外で騒いでて気になった。

For one night for someone who travels by train
Pros:

If travelling by train early in the morning or late at night, this hotel is a good choice. It’s just 2 minutes walk to the station.
My room was big and very modern.

Cons:

Other than the railway station, there was nothing worth seeing around the hotel.
The door of my room was anything but soundproof. I could hear all the conversations started outside of my room.

Super conveniente para quem vai apanhar trem na estação central
Pros:

Ficamos no hotel à tarde, por ficar a 5 minutos caminhando da estação de trem! Os quartos foi confortável, e o staff exceptional. Foram conosco levando as nossas bagagens até a estação, com a maior boa vontade do mundo.
Não há elevador no hotel, entretanto.

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, Pan zagadywał do nas nawet w naszym ojczystym języku co w przypadku polskiego nie jest łatwe :). Czysty pokój. Na peron dosłownie 3 minuty spacerem. Idealne na późny przyjazd lub wczesny odjazd. Śniadanie skromne ale smaczne, głównie na słodko. Codzienie sprzątanie i wymieniane ręczniki i kapcie.

W zasadzie wszystko było dobrze, śniadanie mógłby być bardziej obfite a kosmetyki lepszej jakości.

Estupendo
Pros:

Está muy cerca de la estación del tren. Sus habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias. El personal excelente, siempre ayudando a lo que necesites. El precio es muy bueno.

Cons:

Son hoteles pequeños de dos plantas que no tienen ascensor. Y es un poco molesto subir con maletas. Aunque te ayudan a llevarlas.
