Manager Mr. Vikash offered Upgrade and ate Check Out complimentary
During my stay Hotel is SOLD OUT and so Restaurant is Quite busy as well.

Cons:

Room Service needs more improvement.

The comfort level was compromised due to the low hygiene standards. There was an awful smell around the corridor at all

Cons:

Very unclean, unhygienic, no running hot water. Pillow and bed sheet stains.

Overall, the hotel was just okay. It wasn’t up to the standard and not worth spending so much!
Pros:

The food was good. The hotel was on the main road and at a good location. We arrived at around 10 pm and the kitchen was about to be closed. The staff were kind enough to stay back and prepare food for us that late at night and arranged an early breakfast.

Cons:

Although the property looks great, the rooms may need renovation as the wooden flooring was worn out. The rooms weren’t fully clean with pieces of paper lying here and there. The lights weren’t working in the room. The kettle wasn’t working. After half a hour upon arrival the door got locked when we went out and tried entering. When we asked the receptionist to help open, he did with his card but didn't immediately update the entry card which wasn’t functioning. There was power cuts multiple times in the middle of the night. There was no hot water in the morning in the bathroom. We had to call housekeeping at least 5-6 times the evening we arrived.
