Convenient for shortest stopover as long as you don’t want to leave the grounds!
Pros:

Big room. Clean and comfy ,if a bit dated. Restaurant food was good

Cons:

Location close to airport was good but impossible to leave or walk anywhere as situated on a motorway. Whole compound very secure but felt slightly prison like … we tried to go for a walk around the small grounds but kept coming across guards who stopped us going any further. All felt rather odd but it was just a stop over so didn’t expect much.

Pros:

The front desk staff was not friendly or helpful. My toilet would not flush, so I had to change rooms---no apologies. Then, in the new room, the shower would not drain. There is a beautiful pool, but no chairs or deck so seems it is just to look at. I would not recommend this place.

I would not suggest staying in this place as a traveller. It may be fine for weddings and conferences It does NOT cat
Pros:

Very little. Isolated location. Restaurant not very good with poor service. Reception not only unhelpful, but could be quite rude.

Cons:

No hot water in room.

Pros:

I wouldnt recommend this at all, not sure who gave this 4 start or 5 start hotel. its worst than 3 start.

Rooms were smelly, door keys werent working..

Their entire focus on the guest who come for marriage ceremony and rest other guests (who cares)..

Short staffed, they are just doing the job because thats what these guys are pushing them to do. Really bad..

Cons:

Staff was not corporative there was a wedding going on to much noise next to my room till 4 a clock morning . I tried to the manager but his phone was switched off and went out till the reception the staff was not present

This establishment is not a hotel but a banquet hall that accommodates multiple events, including up to three weddings simultaneously. As a result, it can be quite noisy. The rooms are not up to standard, with cleanliness issues, including dirty linens and bedsheets with holes. Additionally, the televisions are inoperable, lamp shades are damaged, and there is a noticeable smell of smoke in the rooms.

From dusty artificial plant to stained sheets to broken shower tab. No hot water in the morning.

There was nothing to like about this property. Very badly managed and no customer care/consideration.
Loud music starts at 10:00pm until 1:00am totally illegal as it's disturbing the guests. But they don't give a crap. Wedding noise venue. Stay away.

The service doesn’t match the look .

Cons:

We had to wait 10 minutes at the room door as the door card didn’t work …

There was no power on the toilet in the Morning and there was no hot water in the shower … when we called the reception reporting this issue the gentleman responded : “ your room doesn’t come with hot water …”

What ??? Unbelievable…
