早餐好難食，沒有太多種類選擇，地方位置很好，舒服清潔，但服務員不會協助解決遊客問題

Excelent service and provided early breakfast on the day of departure. Nice quier room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The bed was big and comfortable. I was grateful that the hotel provided food at any time.

部屋はとても綺麗で、ベッドも大きく冷蔵庫もあり良かったです。ただ、夏季はお湯が出ないようになっております、水シャワーを浴びなければなりません。夏でもとても寒いので覚悟して宿泊してください。また、備え付けのヘアードライヤーは基本壊れているみたいで、部屋の電話も繋がっておらず(置いてるだけ)受付まで行ってヘアードライヤーを借りなければなりません。チャックインの際もチェックアウトの際も挨拶は一切なしです。こちらが挨拶しても無視です。
満足だったのがベッドの大きさと朝食は種類が多く良かったです。

Excellent property and good breakfast. Very nice staff. Within 15 minutes walk to banks and restaurants. A/c was not working and takes extremely long to get hot water.

Restaurant, supermarket and mosque are within 5 minutes walk.

Fantastic hotel

Very nice hotel in a quiet street in a residential neighborhood, close to a supermarket and a national cuisine restaurant. A small glitch, the shower head was leaking a bit but the hand shower worked fine. I am sure they will have it fixed.

The room was comfortable and felt nest, clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent quality with varied choices. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even packed me a breakfast for an early flight. Big thank you. İt was near restaurants and the park.

酒店装修风格简约，员工热情，英语沟通无障碍。早餐也不错选择也算比较多～另外酒店附近有当地特色餐厅和本地超市，很方便。但是，入住时发现床单有污渍提出后及时安排更换。另外入住时电梯出现故障体验感有所下降。

Special heartfelt thanks to Sarwar and Umidjon for all of their help throughout my stay- especially in booking my train to Samarkand. The train website wasn't working, but these men went above and beyond to help me the night before my departure, and also in the morning Sarwar helped me get a cab (and even got upset at a cab driver when he wouldnt accept my luggage in his car without a tip). Sarwar was ashamed by the driver's ill manners and was concerned Uzbekistan was misportrayed to tourists like myself by the driver's behavior, but Sarwar's good deeds will always be remebered by me, i.e., no worries - Uzbeks are still good in my book thanks to Sarwar and Umidjon :). Lovely hotel premises, brand new, clean and spacious. Air conditioner was amazing in room. Breakfast staff were always smiling and friendly. One downside of the hotel was that I had requested airport shuttle information in my reservation on expedia, but the hotel never responded to my inquiry, which left me stranded at the airport for 3 hours. Otherwise, you guys are the best! I will always stay here when visiting Tashkent. Thank you all so much!
