Europe Hotel

We stayed here recently and found it convenient to the airport, with friendly staff who seemed to do their best to help. Breakfast was good, and the rooms had nice balconies. However, there were some issues during our stay. The hot water wasn’t working at first, though the staff did try to fix it. One of our balcony doors was broken, and there weren’t enough sleeping arrangements for our family. We paid $25 for an extra bed, but it turned out to be a cot for one child, while our other child had to sleep on the couch with just a duvet and no sheets or pillows. The room also only had two towels, which made it feel like they forgot our kids were staying with us. Overall, it was okay for a short stopover, but some details could be improved.

Perfect stay. Extremely comfortable beds and excellent breakfast quality and selection. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Nice touches around the hotel such as welcoming tea and snacks in reception. Could do with safe in room but apart from that no complaints.

Beautiful hotel amazing service staff was great and Fatie the manager was always very helpful. Stayed from 6/19-7/3 and will definitely be back.

We had a great stay and we definitely will come back to this hotel when in Tashkent. Very helpful reception staff , good management and great breakfast. Bed is awesome and room is top clean. Great breakfast as added value for an excellent overall rate.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Europe Hotel. It is a wonderful hotel with prices less than half of what the major hotel chains charge. The location of the hotel is safe but not the greatest. However, the location wasn't a problem since the taxis are incredibly cheap.

I loved this hotel so European look. The service was good. I think they can do better with the breakfast…more options. Beautiful terrace where you can have a bite to eat but the food was a bit pricey: overall everyone was polite and nice. Clean and modern hotel would recommend it.

Honestly I like this hotel. It is not big but its concept looks like European style modern one, and its service is very good enough and the security is fine. Ths the stay was very comfortable. Definitely I wish to come back for the next time.

Bell hotel … buona colazione .. e’ presente un area relax con piscina, sauna gratuita ..il box doccia perdeva molta acqua quindi consigliamo di sistemare . Un po’ distante dalle zone turistiche ma con il taxi si va ovunque con 2 euro .. consigliamo il ristorante SIM SIM molto caratteristico. Buona vacanza

Great staff, but condition of the hotel is not great (even though its a new hotel)
Shower doesnt work properly, even though multiple people have reported to fix.
Rooms (especially facing the main road) are super noisy. You wont get any sleep as all the noise from outside is coming in (people talking outside, cars on the road)
AC didnt work properly and lobby had super strong perfume.
During checkout they didnt even ask about the stay

1. I arrived at the hotel and I’m told that my room is flooded and therefore not available. They claim force majeure and blame it on Expedia saying that Expedia overbooked them.They booked us another room in another hotel close to them and they arranged the transportation at their own cost. Nevertheless, it was inconvenient because I could only unpack my bags for one night and then I had to repack them again in the morning and go into the hotel again before I could go on the tours.
2. The reception tried to be helpful, but the support staff don’t know how to speak in English and they don’t know how to help.
3. Small things like not actually placing the number of the reception in the room, whenever you turn on the light in the bathroom, it turns on the fan with an annoying noise And you cannot turn off either one of them separately. The shower in the room doesn’t hold still.
4. Worst part, the room was actually hot, and I struggled to sleep. I turned on the AC to make the room cooler and didn’t work and they said they couldn’t fix it because the winter season had started, and therefore the AC cannot produce cold air…? Even though it’s actually on cool mood.
5. I asked for NO room service from the reception (the room service button in the room doesn’t work and there is no paper to hang on the door). Room service came anyway, but also they opened the drawer in my room and they took tissues which had my medecine as a clean up?!
bottom line it’s a decent hotel but Improvements

Breakfast is very good.The facilities are beautiful.
I would like to stay at this hotel again.

Decent 3 star hotel.
The room, bathroom is tiny and bit loud.
Showerhead is not fixed, have to hold it all time.
There is too strong fragrance at the lobby.
Breakfast was very delicious, fresh ingredients.
