Pros:

Good points: good breakfast options, hotel decor was good, rooms good sized
Bad points: Not enough hot water despite multiple requests, there was a leakage in the toilet with all water on the toilet floor.

Pros:

Excellent hotel, newly opened. The staff is very helpful and extremely generous. We (four of us) went there for my birthday and the staff bought a cake for me, one staff person walked with me to the ATM machine. The hotel is conveniently located, only five/seven minutes’ walk to the Registan and in a very safe area of the city (Samarkan is in general very safe). The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is also a sauna, a small pool, and a steam room (no gym). The breakfast is rich and is offered on the terrace of the hotel. All the staff speak very good English. I strongly recommend this hotel.

В отеле не работал интернет. Вместо геля для душа и шампуня была налита вода. Вид из окна - это забор. В номере пахло либо парфюмерией либо канализацией.

Incredible!
Pros:

Wonderful place, the staff are incredibly friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was tasty. The room was clean and comfortable. It is in a safe location only 10 mins walk from everything. Really lovely place.
