Pros:

This hotel steps away from Ichan Kala was a really good choice for us. Facilities were new and comfy, staff wasn't always attentive and helpful, and breakfast was delicious.

Pros:

We were originally scheduled to stay at a different hotel in Khiva but when we arrived, it was not acceptable. So we switched to Anot Qal'a and were very happy. Wonderful location and very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms.

Pros:

タクシー運転手に「アノールカラホテルへ」と言ったのに、着いたのは「ビビホジャホテル」でした。電話は通じたし、予約確認もでき、支払いもできていたので、問題なし。でもホテル名変更の場合は、事前に知らせてほしい。ホテル改装のため、別館に相当するホテルかな。

部屋は広く清潔で落ち着いた雰囲気。特に、バスルームはバスタブがあり広い空間で最高です。床暖房が効いているので、暖かく乾燥していました。設備は素晴らしかったです。
レセプションの男性も、英語が通じる優しい方でした。
朝食は毎日、同じ簡単な食事で、物足りなかった。

Pros:

The service in this hotel was excellent. They took the time to make sure my every need was met. The staff is very sweet and attentive. It is a new hotel so they are still getting things ready for guests. At the same time I feel like their hard work makes up for any drawback in cleablineds I saw, and it was worth its every penny.
