Pros:

Жили в этом отеле 4 ночи. Холл приятный, встретили нас хорошо. Бассейн не глубокий, тапочки для него нам выдали на ресепшене, но шапочку надо взять свою или купить там. Также нам приносили утюг в номер без дополнительной оплаты. Завтраки очень хорошие, столы пополняют вовремя. В номере чисто, есть кондиционер. Еще хочется отдельно отметить администратора Эльбека, всегда с улыбкой, что очень приятно, ведь как тебя встретят, так ты и будешь себя чувствовать. Помогал во всем, приятно вел с нами диалоги и советовал посетить красивые места в Узбекистане.

Замечательный отель! Проживание прошло идеально: всё очень комфортно, чисто и продумано до мелочей. Сервис на высшем уровне! Отдельно хочется отметить ребят на ресепшене Мухаммад и Элбек, очень открытые, доброжелательные ребята, готовые помочь с чем угодно. Всё максимально комфортно и на высоте. Остались самые приятные впечатления, обязательно вернусь!

Everyone from the staff brought me a cake and congratulated me on my birthday which was so incredibly kind and thoughtful! I was travelling solo and that made my day. Massive thank you to Muhammad who was exceptionally wonderful and the young man from the front desk who is going to be studying in Estonia soon, they were both incredibly helpful during my stay! Room was beautifully kept and comfortable.

等待毛巾
Pros:

早餐是乌兹别克斯坦的常见水平，不过水果很多，超过其他酒店。
酒店距离机场和火车南站都很近。

Cons:

1. 入住时（约20:30），房间里没有毛巾。询问前台和我说毛巾正在烘干。最后等了将近一个小时，催了几次才拿到毛巾。这种情况我住酒店第一次遇见。
2. 房间里的电热水壶很脏。
3. 换了5、6张信用卡都没有支付成功，最后只能付现金。但是，这些信用卡在接下来几天的所有酒店、餐厅、博物馆等都使用过，没有发生任何问题。

Much better in the city for similar price
Pros:

Great gym included was huge bonus

Cons:

As nice as the staff are they are inexperienced to deal with any issues. The room was quite depressing could do with a revamp new carpets and interior. I found the location not good either although nice clean surroundings. Big issue with yandex not finding the hotel I managed to get staff to set it as home so had no further problems which is something they may wish to suggest for guests.

Pros:

Понравилось отношение сотрудников. Я заехала раньше, они меня угостили кофе,затем помогли довезти чемодан до номера и сопроводили. Так же вечером отвели в бассейн с сауной и спросили нужно ли мне еще что-то. При выселении я зашла в лифт и не доехав до 1 этажа отключилось электричество и я застряла. Пробыла я там 10 мин максимум,затем сотрудники боясь за мое состояние,открыли дверь лифта и вызволили меня. Хочу отметить превосходную работу сотрудника Ельбека
